I think I figured it out. The cone on the 126 points to the north and my scanner arrow is pointing where the live scope transducer is pointing. I think calibrate the ls is good for setting way points.

I have a live scope 34 mounted to a True Scanner pole. The scanner has a arrow on top of the head , I have pointed the arrow where the perspective and forward would be but on my Garmin 126 Ultra the cone on the top left corner of the graph is pointing in a different direction. Everything has been calibrated. How do I set it to where both are pointing the sam direction? 34 not 44 sorry!

What is the best live scope cover ? I did see some online that look like junk!

But then I had purchased the Force And now I am blown away with the live scope plus and the Garmin 126 Ultra. You can’t go wrong and everyone is different. Good luck with your new purchase!

I went to the Garmin Force and I am so glad I did that! Great motor and the Garmin support is top notch! My buddy has the Ghost and he had to buy more parts and the transducer. The Force comes with it all transducer, remote ect. I would not trade my Force for anything just do your research! Good luck my Friend! Oh plus the Force is very fast I have. 24 volt and it will run 3.7 mph on a gps. Plus you can have the foot pedal hard wired or on battery and run it anywhere in the boat! And it is very quiet! Good luck!

I have the Garmin Force and have never done a up date on the Force. I have ordered the Garmin 126 Ultra and the Live scope plus, should I wait to do the update on the Force and do all 3 at one time?

Thanks for all the informative. I just watched a video comparing the GT 54 to the GT 56 and wow the 56 is so much better! I have decided to go Garmin 126 Ultra with the live scope plus, since I have the Force.The Force comes with a GT 54 transducer. Is there a way to get the GT 56 transducer that comes with the 126 Ultra on the Force TM?????
