For what it's worth, after longing on, I was going to member bios and getting to a topic by going to their most recent posts. But to then navigate away from that was the same result as trying to open them from the drop down tabs.....no access.

I never really thought about it before, but after digesting this sentence, it occurs to me that I base all my rod choices off of my Avids. It has just naturally been my bench mark. 8-)

Glad to hear from you again and that all is well. Fishin' may be a little on the back burner now but I'm glad your able to get out at least. As far as prayers for you and your soldiers, always. You guys do a great job over there and I'm proud of everyone of you for that. Stay safe.

Sounds good Koop, I think I have my boat farmed out for that weekend though, so I may be a non boater. The family is going north the prior weekend and I don't believe I'll have the boat back until the 6th. Count me in as a non-boater....pm to follow in a couple of days.

It's sadly humorous how when it comes to policing policy, that either it is not done or it's over done. There almost never seems to be common sense involved anymore. Maybe her finger wasn't registered. 8-)

It's cool. I read pretty much the same thing that you posted a couple of years ago and it was an eye opener as to how our brains work. 8-)

God has blessed her, at 99 your grandmother has had a full life. Our elders spend a life time teaching us who and what we are, passing on life experience, and showing us unconditional love; they are our wealth. My thoughts and prayers to her for total peace.

ArcticCat500, the difference is that your paragraph is, for the most part, structured correctly. You also have your capitalization in the right place, don't have words running into each other, and your using punctuation correctly. Commas and semi colons are my problem, I am never fully sure where to break up sentence. Everybody has their own level of education and I, for the most part, don't normally judge others in the literacy department. Sometimes it can be an almighty trial, but who am I to pick apart someone's education or learning ability. It's usually pretty evident who doesn't take the time to get it right and who is doing their best. In the end, trying is what counts. Granted, this isn't an English class forum, but challenging others to try is only going to help them.

Just dug out my "pet" 2500c and am having the hood popped for some engine work. Then I am going to throw it on a 6'6" mxf Compre....can't wait. 8-)

IMO, generally the premier and avid blanks are labeled a bit faster than they actually are. The mojo is pretty much a premier blank and with that I would say that a 7'mhm premier or avid is a good crankin' rod.

I don't think it's funny at all, with all the disease and pathogens in society, purposely getting bodily fluids on someone else should be prosecuted as a felony offense. I just got back from a car crash a few minutes ago and once again,wearing PPE, have someone else's fluids on my clothes and arms. What I do is my choice, but to have someone spit, puke, or purposely get their fluids on me would be almost worth my day in court for droppin' em.

He is just trying to do damage control with his statements, giving us reasoning which is justifiable. Wow, what a crash and burn! How about a sincere and heart felt apology to the fishing community and anyone else with a stake in this, doesn't sound like that even occurred to him. He's a "natural" bum 8-)
