Zona rules, the World's Greatest Fishing Show he did with Skeet is still the best fishing show I have ever watched. I'll be buying 2 of those Chronarchs when they come out.

Bill Dance and Jimmy Houston when I was younger and then I stopped bass fishing for awhile. One night I watched City Limits with Iaconelli and an episode of Ultimate Match Fishing. The next day I ordered Fishing on The Edge and the rest is history.

Waiting for the new Chronarch is what's keeping me from getting the Exsence DC but I might still grab another Scorpion DC.

All I can say is wow.

I use the Falcon V12 Bag. They were discontinued awhile back and I love it.

Save up and spend the 120 on the reel, then get a rod. It's better to scrounge up the cash and buy one quality combo at a time. You won't have to upgrade them in the future.

I like Shimano's over the counter replacement program. I've only had to use it once but it was hassle free and painless.

I second the Calcutta TE GT also as a cranking reel, buttery smooth and built like a tank.

When it comes to plastics it's Berkeley, Zoom, Strike King and GYCB.

The XG is rumored to be rebadged as the new Chronarch at Icast this year. Lets keep our fingers crossed. Expected pricepoint is $280.

The new Chronarch being launched this year is rumored to be a rebadged Metanium XG with a $290 price tag. Can't wait.

I have an old school cork handle Crucial 7'-2" XH/XF that I use for a frog rod and I love it.

Regardless what you buy, it is better to save up and buy one quality piece at a time than buying quantity. You will be more satisfied with that than if you buy cheap.

You definitely should give it a try.
