  1. Jimzee you should be really tickled with Burley going. You know he will run blocker on all those dinks in KY Lake.
  2. Sad news indeed. Cant think of too many times I have been in a boat of a night without a PFD. On a side note, Brookeville had one talented football team, and a lot of good ball is played in Campbell County.
  3. I don't know if this is a good video of it or not but something I found on youtube.
  4. LBH is probably right that you have a wire crossed, if the problem is happening while you have your vehicle off, but just to make sure, you are not having problems with the lights dimming as you are driving are you? If so, you may need a capacitor.
  5. Im sure you would autograph it for a reasonable price wouldn't you Burley? Just don't put it on your boat, its a dink magnet.
  6. I figured you would be happy when I saw that in the paper today Burley.
  7. The back of the boat sure wasn't working at the Dinkmasters!
  8. I wouldn't worry about it Speedbeed. Burley and Beast haven't held it against me trying to setup get togethers and me not making it. I owe them a couple of local pond trips for make ups I believe. Maybe after I finish this dang house I can get around to wetting a line again.
  9. Beast, thats better than that horse we about hit going to the Dinkmasters!
  10. LOL good thing you got that kicker ;D ;D sounds like a lot of fun even though it was tough fishing makes a tourney interesting you guys pay for big fish? ;D ;D ;D We would have paid to have caught one!!!!! ;D It was a great time and I was glad to get to meet peasey and his grandpa for the first time. Hopefully we will all get to tie on one again soon. Preferably on another body of water.
  11. You should have seen the one I culled. ;D
  12. Thats was a five sack we brought in thank you very much. Just because my two were fry doesn't make them any less of a bass.
  13. If you wanted to, to make sure theres no cheating, make sure everyone has a digital camera on board and have them take a photo of the measurement of each fish. Visual evidence after the tally, just view them back on the LCD screen if there are any questions about length. Just a thought.
  14. Is anyone on here pride themselves on knowing old fishing lures? I was going through my late grandfathers tackle box yesterday and found lure I would guess is 30 years old or so, but not sure really. Im guessing it was either an old Rebel or Rapala jointed minnow. It has metal lip, and the center of the body appears to have a piece of metal that has a dimple pattern to mimic scales. The minnow is red on top and yellow on the bottom, with the plastic body being able to be scene through to the metal centerpiece. If anyone has any clue on the manufacturer, or possible year it was made I would appreciate it. I am going to snoop around online and see if I can find it, or at least find a picture of it.
  15. I have had my President for just over a year now and love it. Smooth as silk.
  16. Good deal. If you get it in by Wednesday I can stop by on my way in from work and set it up over at South Holston this weekend if I pack my extra rod. If not, I will just pick it up the following week. By the way Burley, stupid me decided to semi follow your advice. I bought some Pline, but the Evolution and I'm not too impressed with it. Now, if I can squirrel away enough money for one of them orange sticks!
  17. What type of line (mono/flouro/braid), and pound test, do you like to use for different types of lures? Topwater, swimbaits, cranking, different worm situations, spinnerbaits.
  18. Being a newbie to this site, I guess that would be good advice for me as well. It only took me 50 posts or so to figure out what a T-rig is.
