We use mostly real bait but also some lures like tiny torpedo works good for trout and those betel spin redfish magic lures. I am thinking about putting this on an allstar flipping stick.

Not real sure where to post this scene it is not about bass. What wold be a good baitcasting rod in reel that you have experince with for saltwater fishing for reds and trout. I will be going to Port Aransas Texas for a week Monday.

when i made mine i took a relly bid hook gut the bard off and bent the eye of the hook then put a hook and a washer so the hook can do a 360 works very good

on miune i put about 30 feet of just cheap mono tie a double clinch knot and make shure your reel it on really tight. if you dont know that knot ask some one who fly fishis and they will know
