I havent got much into it before..........but I was in fishing club the other day and my teacher was telling us that he lives by it............he got pretty deep into it I dont have the time or memory right now to restate what he said but he sounded pretty sincere...........I havent really took notice.....but Im going to more often................Heres my therory on bassmaster magazine tables..........ok im a young angler and im still wet behind the ears......but here is my theory...........I see it like this....I understand that they base it on the moon phase and distance and what not.............and they say some days will be the best of the month and others will be horrible......but heres how I see it.......for example you cant just say "O look thursdays supposed to be the best day of the month lets go fish".......You have to take into consideration the weather...............It could be posted as the best day of the month but if a huge cold front were to have came in the day before it would totally throw off the fishing......and when they say "o its gonna be the worst day of the month"...........you cant allways go by that either..........say theres a cold front on its way and the fish become more active in that period before the front comes.........you cant just look at the chart and plan your trip...........take in consideration the weather around you............once agian this is just a theory I havent really tested but seems to make sence to me..........and please correct me if im wrong I wanna learn thats why im here and I wana see your guys thoughts on this..........................sorry for the spelling and bad gramar I had to rush threw this....I got Exams tomorow Thanks, O.C

Anyone ever grow their own tobacco or wine..........in jan/feb im going to be planting tobacco seed..........and just last week me and my friend where at lunch and we had a bunch of grapes we didnt want and I made a joke about we should put them in or gatorade bottle and let them sit to make alcohol............so we did not thinking much of it........its only been 5 days and he came over to my house......and he went to open the bottle and the cap shot to the ruff....we looked inside and the grapes had split in half and were kinda white inside.............he drank about half the juice out of the bottle and within 5 minutes he said he had a buzz equal to about 5 beers.................we did this out of a joke not really expecting results ...................but shocked we were..........i had no idea thats all it would take.....so we are gonna look into doing it agina but this time we are trying to do a little research so we can have a little better stuff...........just seeing if anyone els eis into this kinda thing?

shoot.....I tried practicing with a bucket and what not.....but it gave me the urge to wanna fish ......so I just practice while im fishing ;D

I just got my hat, towel, and 2 shirts..........I put one shirt in a plastic bag and stored it away so in like 50 years when this site is extremely popular I can sell it on ebay....titled.....bassresource.com original shirt from 2006 or 07 ..when ever it was made.........and in school tomorow its club day and i get to go to our local fishing club and im gonna sport my new bassresource hat and shirt!

Ive had a couple wierd times also.............I usually fish the kissimmee river but one day desided to go out on okeechobee for my first time.......got about 1 mile out and was fishing in some tall grass and my buddy got his line stuck in the trolling motor...so i had to mess around with that for about 5 minute and when I looked up I was like "O no.......witch way back......." it all looked the same........luckly I saw this water tower just barley and knew that it was somewhere around the river so that lead me back...if it wasnt for that I would of been out there for awhile........................and then another time I was at a local lake and I wasgetting ready to put it in and I was watching the guy that had just launched out go up the river......I thne put my boat in and went the same way....I fish all the way to the end of that river and never once saw him.....and theres almost no way I could have missed him and theres also no boat ramps on that river...it was pretty creepy :-?

Ya I have go tho this bait store down the road and ive been going thier for a long time.......thier selling it now.......I sure hope the new owners take care of it :-/

ya avid I did that first thing when I got home and at first it didnt work but the next day I put it back toghether and it worked

So I got out of school and me and my bud wanted ot go fishing....he didnt fell like hauling my boat all the way down to over favorite lake so instead we went to the river close to our house.........its brakish and I hate fishing brakish.... >.........well anyways it was perdicted a 70 % chance of rain all day.........but it just lightley rained all day and had stopped for a good time........we went to our normal boat ramp and the water was to low.......so we drove 20 minutes to another ramp........launched got everything in the boat pushed out of the dock looked up and man...........huge black clouds..........I thought for about 3 minutes and was like it will probably just pass over...........we got 10 minutes out and...........BAM.......it came down harder than it did all day.......I was like im not turning back......so we were getting stung by rain and he was giving me directions because we went off into a little creek he said was good.......so we got back in thier all I hear was the rain and him yealling left, left, right, left, ........I was thinking man I hope he knows where hes going because it keeps getting narrower and narrower...........so 5 minutes later I hear.............."OK TURN AROUND"...............ya he by mistake lead me to a dead end..............dang we were both ticked..........I was like "Man it raining way to hard I cant even see, Im sorry man im going back and taking the boat out and heading home.............so I started to drive back and..........o man..........I didnt know it could rain harder than it was but it did............so we just pullled up to the boat ramp and all the sudden................................THE RAIN STOPPED!!!! ;D we werent to made it was kind of funny............I was like you know what Im going back out.........so I turned around and took of.........I told him tho that I have to get this 50 pound of water out of my boat or im not gonna be able to do this..............so I tried for about 6 minutes and it only went down 3 inches...........so I was like never mind we are leaving...........so I went back he got out pulled the trailer back and I yealled.............."HEY HOW BOUT YOU PULL ME OUT WE EMPTY THE WATER AND WE GO BACK OUT"..............he said "AFTER ALL THAT IM GOIN HOME"..........so he pulled me out and we started strapping every thing down then I remember that MY FONE WAS IN THE BOAT!! I found it and man it was soaked.........thier goes 120 bucks.........so that whole ordeal took 40 minute of our time and my 120 dollar fone..........when we didnt even get our lines wet...........well then agian the rain took care of that ;D

Dang I forgot all about crappie.com....I was on thier all last december and janurary.....ant been on sence then...I think my name was okeehchobee cracker or fisher or something...I used to love that place.....but this winter I wont be on thier....I gots to study about pre spawn and spawn for my up coming bass tourneys

O and that information I did not write I just copy and pasted it from the florida bass federation website so if the infos wrong its thier fault

Yep I know about that.....my father has a house boat at Okiee-Tantie.......Im glad they made that other boat ramp across the road....it makes much less traffic sat and sun morining...........And I found a boater to fish the bassmaster series okeechobee division 2007......so I dont need a boater anymore

lets say it late fall down hear in florida......a cold front has moved in and thiers a wind chill of about 65 degrees........the winds blowing about 10 to 15 miles an hour....what would you throw at different places?

What I do sometimes is if I know thiers a fish in one spot say 20 yards out...I will cast it 30 yards....so not to spook the fish and then real it past hoping for the strike
