  1. Here's a video I made that shows how to do it:
  2. It's gone from a rescue mission, to a "recovery" mission. Over 100 volunteers have been searching for them without any luck. The TVA is reducing water levels to assist with the search. The adult was also the father of one of the teens in the boat. The Stratos boat was severely damaged. It was missing the main motor. Wish I had better news. But there isn't any. This is just horrible.
  3. Komodo SS 200, 350 and 450 sizes available Stainless Steel Main Gear, Pinion Gear, Drive Shaft and Spool Shaft https://okumafishingusa.com/collections/reels/products/komodo-ss
  4. I don't understand the rationale behind that thinking. All the dams in my area have "Floating Safety Barriers" to prevent such tragedies. Here's what one looks like: A boat can't go over the top of them. And boy howdy is there ever a fine if you touch them with your boat if it's not necessary!
  5. There was visual confirmation on cameras inside the dam spillways of the boat going through the dam between 8 and 8:30 a.m. Saturday. All three were still on the boat when it entered the spillway. Not good.

  16. Casting, 30lb is about the min I go with. I prefer 50lb on baitcasting. 20lb Smackdown works great on spinning. Casts really well.
  17. Here's a link to the story source: https://www.courieranywhere.com/2020/02/24/boat-found-near-savannah-but-two-young-fishermen-adult-still-missing/ and more details: https://www.jacksonsun.com/story/news/local/2020/02/24/tennessee-students-parent-missing-pickwick-lake-hardin-county/4855128002/
  18. Unless it says "Booyah", it's not the same.
  19. From early Spring through post-spawn, this video covers the no-nonsense stategies I use to catch bass on jigs during Spring. Hope it helps you catch more fish this spring!
  20. The NEW KastKing Koldness Dry Bag Soft Sided Cooler. Rugged, durable, and designed for fishing.
  21. Have you watched any of my videos? If so, do you think I'm trying to sell you something or provide wrong information? Asking for a friend. No, seriously. I'd like to know. I dig feedback, and have changed the way I've made videos through the years. But it seems BassResource is rarely mentioned when it comes to YouTube videos. So I must be missing something. Maybe I need to sneak onto golf courses and do some illegal fishing? LOL!
  22. When Booyah bought Xcalibur, they bought the baits/molds/manufacturing as well. In fact, the Booyah One Knocker is exactly the same as the Xcalibur lipless crankbait. Only the name was changed. So it's not surprising they're bringing the squarebill crank back on the market; and it will be the same exact Xcalibur bait. The "delay" is no surprise either, given Booyah introduced 2 new squarebills in the past 3 years. They needed to wait to launch this one.
  23. Ragetail Swimmer. You can see it in the thumbnail of this video:
  24. Thanks! That means a lot to me!
  25. fyi, in your "About me" section of your profile, I resized your pic that shows on the left of your posts by double-clicking on the image, then entering different dimensions.
