Escalate it up the ladder, file a grievance with PayPal or Ebay (if they were involved with the transaction). File a mail fraud complaint with the post office. Yep, exactly. Launch the boat, beach it, deploy poles, then go park your rig. The ONLY time this hasn't worked for me, is when a wake boat came by inside the no-wake buoys. The resulting tidal wave lifted the back of my boat up, disengaging the poles while swamping my boat full of water. Fortunately there was another boater at the launch that grabbed my boat before it floated away. Congrats on your poles. You'll love them.

That's a pipe dream. We've already witnessed defiant people on this thread. It's why ALL fishing, hunting, and natural resource land access is banned in our state.
