Actually, you select a variety of ways to be notified of new PMs. You can select email, inline, or mobile phone. To select which one you want, look towards the top of the forum for you name. Click the down arrow next to your name and select "my settings". Now select "Notification options" from the list on the left. Scroll down the page and you'll see the options. Select what you want, then click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page. If you want a pop up, then at the top of the page, look for "Notification Preferences" and check the box next to "Show popup when I receive a new inline notification". Again, click "Save Changes" for your selection to take. That's it!
