I always drop a pinch of Copenhagen into the lake Im fishing as a silly little "sacrifice". Its goofy, but its the first thing I do when I go fishing for the day.

Talk to your insurance agent and make sure you are insured properly. Also invest in hair dye as you will need it to cover the grey hairs you are sure to get. That is not meant to discourage you, just make sure youve got all your bases covered. Also, speak to a lawyer before you put the property up for rent, depending on the laws of your state, you may be better off creating a corperation, with the rental property being the main asset of the company. Do your homework, and good luck.

Martymar, go get yourself set up with a float tube and waders, its less than $200 at BPS. Then head down i-55 to Mazonia state park. There are numerous lakes there that are float tube friendly and stocked full of bass of all sizes.

Logically, I think there is something wrong with this. However, when you look at this from the perspective of reality in this day and age, it actually makes sense. Let the people of Indy and New Orleans have their day. Or better yet, move the game to Saturday.

x2, Im moving south after the Kiddo graduates high school! Well you will really appreciate it for the freedom and the Year round fishing. I grew up WNY, right on the shores of the Niagara River. My home lake has not frozen at all in the 10 years I have been here. I fish every month of the year. Got a special appreciation for it after growing up in the great white north. Yeah, I grew up in Phoenix, and after the Navy ended up in Illinois. I had to go and fall in love with a single mother and kinda take over as Dad to the kids. One of them is now a Marine, the other just turned 17 today. Another year and a half and Im thinking Texas. Fishing year round sounds great about now, I wish I appriciated it more in my youth. And the idea of a CCW makes me really want outta here.
