Dude, I feel your pain. No greater example of unconditional love........ My wife runs an animal hospital an we have a house full of adopted pets!! I keep telling her no more!! We love each as much as the next and try to deal with each little heartbreak as they occur. Be happy in the fact you were able to give as much love as you received from your dog. Keep the faith.

Wine country= get on 29 and head SW. no less than 20 wineries along there!!

Yennie is my beer of choice as well Dan#, I usually have at least. 12 pack in the fridge at all times!! Best thing to do is go to virginia wine fest at bull run the first week-end in June. Best people watching anywhere!! They usually have a cigar booth as well!! I've been going for a while, used to be out in Plaines va, then they moved it further west. I don't think it did as well so they moved it a little closer to where the food is!! Another nice one to go to is the mt Vernon wine fest. Twice a year. May and September I think. Good times.

Went down to occoquan reigonal park to look. Ramp is not plowed cause the plow truck broke down. It is unfrozen tho and have gotten reports some perch are being caught and some nice crappie around the docks. Water is not terribly stained.

The previous days weather may have played a part in the wacky location of the fish. You may have had an area of the pond that was getting direct sunlight for a couple of days straight, and the wind comes along and blows that slightly warmer water over to the bank you were getting your bites. It always pays to keep up with the weather and recall of the past weather can determine where the fish will be active the most. Just something to keep in mind.

I own two Kistler spinning rods and am very happy with the performance. That being said, I am not as satisfied with the warranty service. I purchased one of my rods from a friend still in plastic wrap and tags attached. The rod tip broke on a hookset. I called Kistler and explained my delima, not the original purchasre but in fact the actual "original owner" having purchsed the rod as it came from kistler in it's factory packaging. I was told in no uncertain terms to bugger off!! I can understand the position they took but they were very unyeilding on their stance. It's very hard to believe that my word counted for absolutly nothing!! I guess I shouldhave just lied and told them "yea, I purchased the rod from you, it broke, send me my new rod". I this case honesty was not the best policy. I will continue to purchase Kistler products if it suites my needs, but I will fill out my warranty info and be relentless in my pursuit of it's fullfilment if I need to make a claim. So dot your I's and cross your T's when it comes to warranty's!!

Every year I've been going to 4mr, I've seen a hawk pluck a duck from the water and basicly swim it to the bank. Awsome bit of the food chain right in front of you!!

I just knew if they could find a way to score after killing off the 5 on 3 at the start of the 3rd it was game over. Caps are extreamly fun to watch. Keeps me sane during the winter. Tough to get tix anymore for home games. Wish I could have been there to watch little crybaby get 1 up'd on national tv....... Priceless!!!!!

Such a pain in the tucas snow as well. Very heavy, sticks to the shovel. I think I'm done for the day shovel wise. Flexerall, bourbon, advil, sleep, repeat....Do we have to look forward to this again on Tuesday / Wednesday ? I guarantee I've got a cubic ton of snow to remove from behind my two vehicles. A great deal of my Sunday is gonna suck!!
