Daichi Treble Hooks Are Sharp, Hard To Cut, And Hurt In Your Hand-Carry First Aid & Hook Removing Kits For Safety!
Why would you ever need to set the hook as hard as you can on a treble hook bait? The fish hook themselves. All they need is a little resistance and that it.

Anyone Using Quantum Superlites Or Tour Edition Rods?
I fish the Tour Edition PT rods from several years ago. Not the colored ones, but the first signature series ones from 2006. I've been fishing them exclusively since 2007 and they've been more then great. Light, sensitive and well built. Never had one break of come apart. Very tuff rods. I love them and will continue to fish them for a long time. They were much better built them the following color coded TE rods.

Hard Jerkbaits - Best Water Temp Range ?
I fish them year round. Just change up the retrieve. Slower in cold water to faster as it warms up.

Super Fluke Hooks
I use a 3/0 EWG Gamakatsu. Anything bigger and I find it restricts the action and sinks too fast.

Flukes...i Thought This Was A Spring Time Bait?
By now, everyone should know that a weightless Zoom fluke is my go to, year round bait. I will ALWAYS have one tied on. Since the ice took so long this year to melt on the reservoirs up north, my first day out on the water was 4/6/14. I usually start 2nd week of March. The water temps started around 45*, they are now in the mid 50's in the coves. I have been destroying the bass so far with the fluke. Big ones too. When everything else fails, the fluke will dominate. You have to know how to fish it according to conditions.

Chrome Crankbaits????
If you dont have chrome/blue back and gold/black back baits in your tackle box, you're not a serious fisherman.

Spinnerbaits Your Brand
I've been using Revenge spinnerbaits for about 4-5yrs now. Really nice looking with quality components. I had one break last year for the first time while reeling it in. The arm snapped. I have decided to try out War Eagles this year and so far, they are great spinnerbaits. I notice they are a little easier to reel in too.
