Its never ending. Right when I tell myself enough is enough, I go right back to the for sale section of every forum I frequent and look for more stuff. And I love it. lol

I spent big money a few years ago and got a new Stella. Its the most I ever spent on one reel and I am glad I did. There is nothing like fishing it. So beautiful, so smooth, so balanced, its perfect. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Ok. If you're looking for one set up that will do a lot of things, a 7' mh/f will cover most. My brother just picked up a new Daiwa Tatula CT type-R for $150. Great reel. I would pair that with a Megabass Levante Tour Versatile or spinnerbait special. Very versatile rods that will be good for many techniques.

I have a Stella 3000 on an NRX 842. Love it. Can do pretty much everything I need in spinning applications.

I use a Megabass Orochi XX flatside special and Shimano Metanium for square bills. Such effortless casting and retrieving. Its a dream setup to fish.
