I own the 7' m spinning rod and I think it is ok. my complaint is it is very tip heavy. I guess for a rod at that price I shouldn't complain.

Had a good day of fishing in and just outside of the Manasquan river. Caught some striper, a lot of fluke and a bunch of blues.

I guess I checked out the tw sale a little late. I should have jumped on it sooner

I would have loved to take advantage of TW's sale but it didn't include shimano. So no new cumara for me. Oh I did pick up some trout magnets and took the fiance and my nephew out for some bluegills. ?

I think the tasing makes the Phillies organization and Mlb look bad. The fact that the tasing was an isolated incident but running on the field is not uncommon tells me that it was not necessary. No reason why all of the security guards couldn't apprehend him the way they always do in every ball park across the country.

That is fine, but why don't they always do it? They did it this time because they were embarrassed

I don't have a problem with somebody getting tased, but I don't really agree with this one. People running out on baseball fields is not rare, so why hasn't anyone else been tased for the same thing? He wasn't tased because the officer thought him to be a threat. He was tased because he made them look stupid.

I can't speak for the whole line up but I can comment on the 7' medium spinning. It seems to be a pretty good rod for its price range but it is tip heavy. None of my spinning reels balance well with it.

I couldn't agree more. It is lazy reporting, instead of coming up with an original story they slam Philly.

last year there was a stabbing at Dodger stadium on opening day. This year they had 132 arrests at a game. How come that doesn't get attention?How about the fan in Chicago that attacked an umpire? What about the Seahawks fans that were throwing snowballs at the Jets players? Good thing that didn't happen in Philly. scumbags go to games in every city.

I rip out the metal hook from the folder and use that.

that was my number one choice. my second choice was a small wedding in vegas. I didn't get either of my choices.

A post in the flea market might get you one at a good price. Worth a try.
