One Lure Only
I'll answer for today as the variables are ever-changing. Today: I'd go with a Siebert Outdoors brush jig(1/4 oz.) In Bluegill with a Reaction Innovations smallie beaver(fried watermelon) Trailer. It's weedless, can be presented several different ways, and my confidence level Is through the roof.

Spike It vs. JJ's Magic
Another vote for JJ'S, and as bluebasser stated, It's not even close. If I'm just dying the tips I usually dye them the night before, let them dry, and them put them back In the original package. If I use the clear JJ'S i take a tear dropper and put a few drops In the bag and seal it up. As others have said I usually do this outdoors on the table on the porch lined with newspaper and a large plastic platter to let them dry. Note" store the platter in the garage or an outbuilding. I know this sounds like a lot of work and to some not worth the hassle but for me It's entirely worth It as I simply believe It works.

I've hit rock bottom...
Grease, like AJ expressed above the majority of the time life Is durn good. While you don't realize It now you are experiencing a great life lesson . This lesson Is sometimes life Is not fair. It's the way It Is and you now have a decision to make; you can either lay in the gutter and go through a certain period where you will do nothing but be miserable and make those around you miserable or you can walk through this with your head high, not give a d**n about what others may negatively say or do, do the right thing, and realize you have the ability to make YOU happy. While I won't speak for others I have an Idea that the majority of the folks on this board have gone through this and/or much worse. It's life and It's not always easy. I suggest you set some short term goals for yourself to keep you busy and moving forward. Also like others have said, stay off the booze. Lastly, while some replies might seem harsh there's some great advice here from others. The reason they can give this type of advice Is they have been In your shoes and through the years they, with a great amount of clarity, know exactly what you need to do to move forward In a positive manner.
