are they fun, yes and no. yes, cause you are around the guys I have buddys i fish them with and we go to dinner with other guys including pros and that kind of stuff. no, I have not had very good boat draws, I fished with a true pro one of the 5 days I have fished and 3 of my boaters were basically clueless and you cant give advise which is very hard when I fished okeechobee and knew it much better than them. I fished okeechobee and Smith lake, okeechobee i ended day 2 in 12th place and zeroed on the final day along with many co anglers and finished 23rd. at smith lake i caught I would say 50 fish a day and in 2 days had only 1 keeper on and it came off. but my boaters only combined for 2 keepers both by my day 2 partner and he back boated me bad all day because they can the coangler has basically no rights to any thing other than the small amount of water behind the console on either side of the boat.

opens are draw tournys, so they dont have a choice if they draw you.

the fish were 1-2 pounds each the gators we 8 and 9 feet, missed a 10+ footer.

I caught 3 in the rim ditch at clewiston last night waiting for a storm to pass so I could go hunt some gators.

try eel grass lines, pads and hydrilla with a devils horse, pitching, frogs or worms. also a c-rig on humps, points, and bars in the river.

I just thought I would mention this. if you set the hook with slack line(with the line snapping tight) while using braid on a big fish you will likely snap your line, I have done it and seen it done pitching and flipping several times in or near heavy cover places like okeechobee, in fact it cost me quite a few spots at the southern open there by braking a fish off.

yall may be right and i may be way off, I just dont think he wants it as bad any more. I can say one thing, I think it was wrong to bring up a misterious rib injury after the fight. I think that was said to just take away how well sonnen beat him up. It it was such a big deal he should have taken the docs advise and not fought. all I know is when i played football and did martial arts(im a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Have a lot of expirance in Hop Ki Do) I was tought if you are hurt and play or fight if you get beat you cant make the injury an excuse(and yes i did both hurt, I did an entire football season with a broken wrist, played with a concustion once or twice and tested for my black belt with a couple broken bones in my hand.).

KU Im in college right now, and im not a 100% sure what I want to do but, I ahve learned a couple things, its nearly impossible to get a job that pays any thing with out a degree right now, its also hard to get loans for cars, boats, a business really any thing. If you have the want to by all means go back to school, I know im gonna go for a higher level degree in a few years when the time comes.

I am looking at hosting a tournament in south florida(im not sure if it will be bass or saltwater) to raise some money for our collegiate club. does any one have any suggestions on stuff to do to help us be successful with this?
