I am in college Sam n I am 24 yrs old so I have just sold my other tackle at garage sales or to my friends but I just asking for some information . An I I do sale to people on the flea market forum what a good payment type do people use on there is it Paypal only .

I was just trying to find information but redneck I think the Abu Garcia casting reel with extra spool would probably cost a little more than $15 . Still deciding on price but thank for being interested , will think what the price should be probably by the next of this week , I have to talk it over with my buddy .

how do u pick the right price for the products for sales by being fair and not overpricing them ?

I need help I am new at selling fishing gear , where do you go to sell fishing reel or anything that fishing gear related , I have some used bait casting reels that are in working order and some old fishing bags , and some soft plastic baits that were never used . What place do you guys go to sell all your unused or used gear ? any opinion My reason is to upgrade on some new reels and rods , also new tackle bags . If there a ways to sell them on this forum how do I start this and is there any fee toward the forum to do this or is it free . I just wondering if anyone on here can help me decide which casting reel to go with a traveling 2 piece rod ( medium heavy ) combo I'm making up . The reel are Daiwa Exceler casting reel ( 7.1:1) or Pflueger Purist casting reel the new model that a ( 7.1:1 ) ? If you have any other reel choice please tell me my limit is about $79.99 - $99.99 . Extra info I have used a lot of pflueger , Abu garica , daiwa , lews and pinnacle reels but I just undecided on these two right now ?

This reel I look it up and it popped up on tackle warehouse but it sold out and had some reviews but not many that why I am asking if anyone had a reviews or has use it before .

I was looking to buy this reel like last summer ago ,I talk to the pinnacle fishing manager and he told me that they drop the design and will be making a newer one later on in future , But for all my wait they sent me a new pinnacle slyder reel , a hat , and some stickers . This is my second pinnacle slyder, my first one I bought at walmart , and is still working hard , the second reel is still working hard as well . So I would recommanded buying one , I did some maintance on them with oil and grease , they still are working so I was kind of down on not getting the pinnacle deadbolt but now i have my 2 pinnacle slyder reel and a pinnacle PERFORMA XLT reel bought off amazon and love it . So don't put down pinnacle reel they are still good reel , My favorite companies to fish is abu garcia revo , Pflueger reels and pinnacle fishing . So sorry to hear what happen but please try the slyder reel .

tstone , I had my buddy try my slop n frog rod out and he said the same thing it feels light is doesn't feel like a heavy rod at all , I have handle a heavy rod before and it feels light to me but i guess it by opinion against yours . MichiganFishing1997 just go on buy whatever rod you want just make sure it a heavy action rod if you look at Tackle warehouse on the tab Technique Specific Page go to frog and if wil give you a better idea on the frog rod . With the reel and line and rod I cast fine with it . I have never had a problem with it at all.

I have the mojo slop n frog rod is a good light rod and was suprised because it a heavy rod . I have had good suggest using it as a hollow belly frog . I have caught a lot of bass with this rod combo . I have a pflueger summit casting reel ( 7.1:1 ) wide spool with 50lb spiderwire stealth braid . I works good so don't be afraid to try it , I even emailed st. Croix about the rod and they said it good for frog fishing bass in heavy cover . Also it good for the money with a 5 years warranty on it back . I have 2 spinning truimph rods and 3 baitcasting mojo rods and never had a problem with them so I recommand this rod for frog fishing .

abu garcia Ambassadeur 1003LP casting reel my cousin gave this reel to me for free it was a good reel to get me to love baitcastin reels but is not running anymore had to retired it but my second favorite was my Pflueger cetina lp baitcaster reel that i bought from Gander Mtn and it still running strong with my other reels . http://www.bassresou...Ambassador.html

I wondering if any Abu Garcia owner of this rods could help me out I was deciding to get one of these rods and was wondering are they worth the money . I have seen many good and bad review about them so I kind of scared to get one any input from you guys would be great . The good review say that their very durable and sensetive but some bad reviews say that they are stiff and not durable . So that why i so confused on getting one , I am going to use it for flipping , maybe think of getting a 7'3Ft or 7'6ft both MH . I do have some St. Croix mojo bass and truimph and one bps extreme rod but think of getting a abu garcia rod . So please give me some good results or bad results on these thanks ? The reel that going on this might be a lews speed spool or my revo sx .

st croix truimph spinning rod 7ft is awesome only $69.99 . It a good rod I use it mostly for everything and it's sensitivity to the bites never broke it yet still new but working it hard also have mine hook up with a Pflueger supreme xt 40 series the old model that was gold . No problems at all durable and strong , think of getting a 6'6ft one soon as for abu garcia saw alot of review with them breaking and the sales man at gander said they were being returned but If you want an abu garica alot of guys like the vendetta . Also IF you buy st coix you get a 5 year warranty like me I went to gander and bought 3 st croix rods and they gave me a 1 year plan on all my rod so i now have a 6 year warranty backing me up . I am not trying to put down abu garcia but just saw some reviews of them breaking ,I do like the vendetta rods thinking of getting one for my baitcaster reel .

tackle tour forum Tackle warehouse Worked great , casted far , sensitivity great , knot strength ok could be better . (10lb test )This line i started using it a few days when it came out like it alot caught some bass on it when wacky style with a strike king zero . Then went to texas rig and the line started to fray few inchs by the knot no leader just tied directly to the hook with the nanofil knot . If you peel the direction tab on the spool it package said "Wear is often more noticeable with ultra-smooth lines. Watch the last 1ft to 6ft of line for signs of wear". so I listen and was trying to see if the line was fraying and when tied texas rig with a chigger craw twice my knot came undone and lost 2 hooks and 2 craws . I was so surprised and was wondering why it was doing this so I looked at my line it was fraying , I did listen and saw how to tie the knot they said to use and this knot never fails me on fluorocarbon or braid but this line if you notice fraying cut it off and re- tie your knot. Today i going to try this line again but with a 8lb Fluorocarbon leader and see it this helps the line knot from slipping .I still have some hope in this line I am not giving up yet because I kind of still like this line and don't get me wrong I like the line alot but they just have to improve the knot strength a little . IF you are going to try it get the 150yd spool like i did . Also to notice if your in stained water and you got some dirt in the water like my does the line become somewhat dirty but berkley marc on the tackletour said they are working on coming up with new colors in the future so I hope the knot strength get fixed too. here is some more review from TWH and tackletour .

I was just wondering if you can help me choose between these two reel. I am looking for a new reel for flipping . Which reel do you or prefer instead I should get . The choices are Pflueger Summit lp casting reel (7.1:1) or Lew's speed spool casting reel(7.1:1) , I don't know what to choose because I been seen on some forums that the new Lew's feel like a Pflueger's or Abu garica and just wanting to know if you like Pflueger more or Lew's . I do have a Pflueger Cetina lp in a 7.1:1 but my thing is I somewhat like the design on Lew's plus it new but not really knowing how it feels when reeling is a probably ,How smooth are they and are then a reliable reel to use? So what reel should I pick any suggestion ?

I was thinking of getting an abu garcia vendetta casting rod in medium heavy or heavy action but not to sure which one can someone explain which one you would need for different situation . If it helps I using is as a flipping and pitching rod , also I going to fish in brush piles, grass beds and weed lines . So which action is better for flippin these and why ? my first abu garcia 1003lp reel is no longer with me ,the star drag got stuck when screw it back on and the anti reverse was going backward no more but not that sad it was a free reel from my cousin thought so really no money lost . :'( we had a good time thank all i can give it for making me love baitcasters but still trying to find a new reel though . found a new abu garcia 1003lp cost $53.90 i just going to find a new reel and it was and extra reel . any suggestion for a new reel value limit is $100.00 dollars ?
