  17. Reel: 5.0-1 Ardent XS 1000 Rod: St. Croix Avid Cranking Rod I LOVE this setup for cranking, and all of the above are made in the USA 8-) Most of the guys here are shimano/abu/ or diawa guys. Not to many Ardent, so I will probobly be the only one who suggests this combo.
  18. I'm a huge fan of St Croix. I would suggest the Avid series, it's a fantastic rod for the money.
  19. I just purchased the ltb70mf and LOVE it. I always fish a M with my spinnerbaits as I like the tip on a M rod. It is really up to you as everyone will have a different opinion.
  20. Like said above I use 14 lb test, and I DO NOT like the sure sets.
