I came across a good deal on this line in 12lb and 4lb and bought quite a few yards of it. i have never used a copolymer line before. is this line good? how does it rank with others and can i apply line conditioner to it (reel magic or KVD)?

well dang i just bought reel magic for the first time.. what is so bad about it? i know folks who swear by it for line conditioning and they have never caught less fish than before when using it so why is it not worth the $$? just asking bc i am quite curious thanks fellas

I only use the braid / fluoro combo on carolina rigged rods... sometimes in more murky water ill use a thick mono as a leader to help float the bait off the bottom a tad. i think this works well imo

hello folks, i have came to this site a few times looking up info and decided to join. i have been fishing since i was a kid. my dad and i went in on a bass boat a few years ago and still learning the drasitic difference in pond fishing and lake fishing lol ... you may see that i ask a lot of questions.. we fish local city lakes, buggs island, tucker town... majority of the time we just fish a fairly clear city lake. the fishing can be tough. there isnt much structure on the bottom bc they cleaned it up pretty good when they made it.. anyway i look forward to asking and learning! thanks fellas mike
