Doing that too!

90% of the time I use a sidearm cast. It seems that when I reel in it hurts real bad or when setting the hook. WOW that is unreal pain.

Resting and icing the elbow currently. I am going to therapy but so far just doing stretches and icing. Fished for 5 hrs two weeks ago and could not push down on my deodarant button the next morning without going to my knees.

I need help with a bad case of tennis elbow. It has really limited my fishing for the last 3 years and I am sick of it. Is there a fix or is it time to find a new hobby? I can't imagine not being able to bass fish folks.

Call it the bait monkey or what, but this has to be a sickness men. I already have over 500 crankbaits in the boat and I pick up another dozen at the classic. Buy 3 reels to go with the 40 already on hand. WOW! And today I am looking to but a few rods. I already have so many on the deck you cant hardly move around. Simply CRAZY. LOL

I got my 3 pro qualifiers, but the carbonlite was gone. I had them write me a rain check on it since I had taken 4 reels for the trade in. the guy said they would even mail it to me after I call them with my card number. they seemed to be stocked on everything else. The place was not very busy either. I came away happy.

Who is winning or who won it? I can't get espn 360 so I am in the dark here. ESPN has terrible coverage of this event.

What color of soft plastic frogs do you guys throw? I have not had much luck with these,thought maybe I was using the wrong color???????????

Yes, I own 2 revo sx. Let me put it this way, the Orra does not scream like the exceler when you cast it. And it is 4 times smoother. After 30 yrs of using baitcasters I know the difference between a quality reel and one that is less than. Stay tuned, a full report will be coming forth on the Orra in 30 days weather permitting.

I live near Lafayette In. and all of our Wal Marts pretty much got out of the fishing business. They have a section about ten feet long with some crap in it. I do not even bother looking any more. The only reels they carry are the junk ones in the plastic clam shells. They refer to fishing as seasonal now. Wal Mart is a dive anyway, I just drive on by now. I called over twenty stores the other day checking for the revo clearance deals.Only one of the sporting good employees had ever heard of a revo, and that was a lady at the brownsburg store and she was up on her stuff. Most of the rest had to write the name down before going to look. LOL.....................

This is what you do........ take it back and get an Orra SX. I bought both today and the exceler is going back, I flat can't stand a reel that makes that wine noise when you cast it. The Orra, for the money is one nice outfit. I think it may be better than the revo sx in my opinion. I was gonna load up on Pro Qualifiers at the spring classic but that has changed!! i have been looking for a top of the line reel without paying big bucks for it. I just found it!

Zoom mag worm in red shad is my worm of choice. It has caught a truck load of bass for me.

Does anyone know what happened tp the bass fishing show called True Bass? It was on a fox sports network out of California.

I currently own 2 SX,s and in my opinion they are the cats meow. I bought a PQ at Christmas and have thrown it in the yard and I really like this real. I shut all of the centrifigal brakes off and that baby will cast a country mile. For the price(got mine for 79) you cant beat it. I plan on buying 3 more at the spring classic. My only concern is how well will they hold up? Only time will tell. I bought the new extreme a year ago at the classic and I am not to crazy about it. You can have it dialed in and on the 14th cast you will get one heck of a backlash for no reason. I had read this same thing on a forum before I bought it,they were right. I still want to pick up an Exceler from Daiwa soon, it feels like a dandy also. Gander Mtn had them for 59 today but they were all LH dang it. Hope this helps.

ww2farmer It's funny you bring up the jigs from Janns. I bought them last year and you are right it was an awesome jig. I ordered 50 more this year and they made some unannounced changes. The head is a tad different and the weed guard is 20 times stiffer than the one from last year. I called them and they said their provider changed up some things. I told them that the new changes are for the worse. I thinned 2/3 of the guard out and it helped a little. I just looked at Northstar Custom Baits site and they have some nice jig heads availeable in bulk.

I wack em every spring on a deep baby n in the firetiger pattern.

I have been looking for 1/4 and 3/8 jig heads with a owner or gamakatsu hook and black paint . I would like to buy them by the bulk. Any help would be appreciated.

I have both and I would take the Pro Qualifier by a mile. Gonna buy 4 more at the Spring Classic. I still like my Revo SX's better than the PQ but not enough to pay the difference. ;D

Thanks for the feedback. I thought it looked really good too. A buddy of mine is heading to Guntersville in March and he stocked up on these. Do you think they will be a good color down there. I live just southwest of Lafayette. You can usually find me on Waveland, Glen Flint,Raccoon,or Shafer in Indiana, or Mill Creek in Illinois.
