Can you put live bait on a carolina rig?

I try to keep the rods behind me if I'm flipping or pitching (which is 90% of the time) I keep five or six on the deck and like I said just keep them behind you and you will be fine. It's very convienent also.

Thanks Guys for the feedback, I have one more question..When your flipping heavy cover(old boathouses,vegetation,etc.) are ya'll feeling pressure when you lift up or what? is it like flipping a T'rig worm? I have had a problem with the 8" zoom lizards getting a solid hookset in because of how thick it is, but now i get a ewg 5/0 gama. and i put the point of the hook into a back leg instead of the actual body, and I can tell a difference in the bass that I catch off of it.
