  1. fishinfrenzy, that is perfect. You said something that is polite and not an arguement starter, but you made your point. And the point you made was awesome
  2. what senko imitator would you want to imitate. Each company has different salt contents. I know what most is roughly
  3. what kind of worm is it. some require alot of salt, some a little, and some none
  4. You only need to add softner to plastic when you add salt. Put half the ammount of softner than your salt. Never stir with a plastic spoon, because you found out why. Just use a metal one, the plastic peels right off when dry. Also, never add water to the plastic, because the plastic is somewhere in the 350 range and water boils at 212. If you ever burn yourself with plastic, you have to tough it out without water, because if you put your hand in water, it will make it ten times worse and the hot plastic will spread. I burnt the crap out of myself today and you just have to grind your teeeth and then peel the plastic off when it hardens
  5. i finally got some and threw it yesterday for about an hour and didnt catch one. i tried hopping it on the bottom, swimming it, pumping it all the way back to the boat, killing it, reeling it in just like a spinnerbiat. maybe it just wasnt a chatterbait day
  6. idk, in a small pond rain usually shuts the fishing down for me. the influx of all that new water affects the fish.

im still a member, but im pretty dissapointed with the magazine. every other page is an ad.
  8. so your sayin he didnt weigh the fish??
  9. why does this suck. now you can buy tons of new rods and reels. the bait monkey is so exctied right now. he doesnt care about fishin time, just about how much fishin stuff you own.
  10. thats awesome. did u spot her in the water. i bet she looked huge. what did u catch her on, line, lures, etc
  11. that fish looks over 10 to me. thats a giant. how big was the lake, from that pic it looks like a tiny little hole
  12. my absolute favorite sound when fishing is bein in a boat and hearin it excellerate. i dont know why, but i could listen to this all day. its just shear power pushin you back into your seat, and that motor is screamin behind you. i love it.
  13. if you caught a fish like that, i think you would be everything in your power to make that fish look as big as you could, because usually cameras dont justify the fishes size
  14. go get them al. why havent you been able to fish, is there still ice on your lakes?
  15. that fish looks really healthy, i like that pattern of black dots on its belly. pretty fish!
  16. do u know how to place a lure in the water with dead silence?? this can be an awesome thing to trigger a reaction strike, because the lure drops in thre face, but there is no noise. there is a spinnerbait video out by bass pro shops by kevin vandam where he teaches you how to cast a lure with nothing but a ripple as it hits the water. i know this has been vital when i flip for fish
  17. make low, slow speed casts, use extremely natural color soft plastics, and make as low of a cast as possible.
  18. when i was playin travel hockey, and we would have tournaments next to lanier, me and my best freind and his dad would go to bald ridge marina at night after the games at lake lanier, and there were tons and tons of docks. we always would catch spots, as many dinks as keepers, so yes, marinas are worth fishing. most of the fish we caught were on the deeper sides of the docks, and docks that had the huge boats in them, because you know there is deeper water there
  19. bassfishinmover, what are you talkin about?
  20. del has had allot of equipment malfunctions lately. him and his wife are uinder the gun to get these molds out and the machines keep busting, but buy from them, they have the best molds

i like the jigheads they sell. there a mix between a round head and a stand up. there called Black Majik jigs, and there awesome. i get the 1/8oz.
  22. ryan, there goin faster because there motors as allowing them to reach there maximum hull speed. even though it may seem like it, your boat isnt goin as fast as it can. get some 82's on there and you will be just as fast as them.
  23. that fish is so ugly, but so beautiful at the same time
  24. slim down everything. line, rod power, sinker weights and soft plastics. when a cold front goes threw, i have a small crawdad with a 1/16oz weight rigged, and a zoom finesse worm with a 1/8oz jighead. these two setups will always catch me something. i also use only 4, 6, or 8 during coldfronts. go extremely slow with the baits and fish tight to cover
