  1. I use FC with no real issues. When I spoil up new line I use line conditioner. Then before I use the reel I spray on line conditioner. I will give it one more shot of line conditioner before I put it away.
  2. I agree with Wayne P. That is what I do.
  3. I use a 6'10" Lew's drop shot Rod that I use for vertical drop shot. I also use a 7ft 1in Powell Rod that I use for casting out and dragging the drop shot. I recommend the Powell Maxx 3D 712. St. Croix Mojo is a good choice.

  5. Can someone point me in the right direction on locating TM shaft protective transducer cable cover? I believe it snaps on over the cable and TM shaft
  6. Delta is fun place to fish... I will be up there next month for a tournament. Course here in the Fresno area(Millerton and Pine Flat) we are still drop shotting and jigging from 30 to 50ft. The bit is good at Pine Flat.
  7. California $43.46 for freshwater one rod. Now to purchase a license for yourself or another person, you must provide licensees name, residency status, driver's license number, date of birth, residence address, height, weight, hair color and eye color. New for California.
  8. Thanks Wayne. Going to try it out Thursday... Here in California we fish from shoreline to 30-50ft.. We fish in deep clear reservoirs. need the fish finder working properly. I think I finally have it figured out...
  9. Well I believe it was the Lowrance X87. Ok here we go-When I bought the boat over a year ago it had the X87 in the front and LCX17m in the back (drive console). The transducer for the LCX17 is mounted on my jackplate. Having issues with the location of the transducer. Anyway spoke with Triton and they said with the design of the hull we recommend the thu hull Transducer which is already installed. K so I hooked up the thru hull transducer to the LCX17 and can hear the thru hull transducer clicking... Is that the only way I can tell if its working with out taking it to the lake?
  10. Is there anyone that is familiar with lowrance fish finders?? I have some questions regarding units and wiring. I have a Triton TR-20 2003. Well I have a LCX-17m and can not get it to work with the Lowrance thru hull transducer that is origanal with the boat. Wondering if the transducer is not compatible with the LCX-17M?? Need help..
  11. spoke with a guy from Triton and he said I can but call a dealer for help........... Anyway thanks for your input..
  12. I have a 2003 Triton TR20. I want to remove my passenger console for now. The bolt that holds the console just spin. I am thinking I might have to wedge between the console and fiberglass body to help un-bolt the console but not sure... Any ideas?? :-/
