Was going to the lake this weekend and was wondering what kinda lures you guys use to get the fish that are down deep. The deepest diving crank baits i got dive between 6 and 12 feet. Anyone have any suggestions on any other lures (not just crank baits). Thanks

Im heading up to the mountains soon and there are some streams running thru near where im staying. Gonna try some trout fishin up there and wondering if anyone had any favorite baits or any tips? Ill be using a spinning reel, not fly reel.

Anyone ever been to Lake Harrison in Charles city? I plan on trying it out this weekend if the weather aint to bad, wanted to see if there's any tips before I get out there.

I think im gonna go with a pack or two of the Zoom super speed craws. What colors would you guys suggest if the jig skirts are green/yellow and white/red? Also, i found in my tackle box I had a pack of Gary Yamamoto Flappin' Hog's, anyone ever used these on jigs?

Was wondering what yall's opinions were on different soft baits on jigs, ive seen plastic crawfish and worms. What has worked best for you? The colors of my jigs are red/white and yellow/green. Thanks

Anyone ever been up to Harrison Lake in Charles City? How was it? How did you do there?

Has anyone ever used the paint that Hunter's Specialties makes? I know its made to paint duck boats but i was thinking of painting my jon boat with it but I didn't know how well it would hold up. If anyone else has ever painted there fishin boat with this let me know how it came out, thanks.

Yea, its 38" from rail to rail and your saying if i keep the deck fairly low inside the boat in will help on keeping it stable?

I wanted to put a deck and some storage compartments on my jon boat, it is 12 foot long and 38 inches wide. I have read on other forums that because of the narrow width, the deck would make the boat unstable. I was wondering if anyone has done anything like this on a boat this size and how the boat turned out. Thanks.
