Taking a trip to upstate NY around Syracuse when do the bass tend to spawn up there

Some people think it takes a 21 footer with a 250 on it to catch fish. They have 10 rods and reels they paid 400-600 each for. But all you need is to be on the water with a line in. The gear and the boat dont catch *****.

Why do you use the lowest amps to charge? Do you ever add water to a deep cycle battery? Is there any way to bring a battery back that appears to be on its last leg?
