You're basing your observations on one day of use ?????? WOW. Yeah, I AM!!!!!! Do you have one?????????? If you noticed that is why I incuded the fact that I had just got the rod. I also stated that It SEEMED OK to me! And also YOUR MILAGE MAY VARY ! Thank you very much. I didn't join this forum for a bunch of SMART . remarks and PUNKS to be talking Smack and being Sarcastic. Yes I own one plus the voltaeus that I mentioned earlier and I based my statements on more than one day of use. You should too.

Annual service couldn't hurt.

Find the fish. Find the depth they are holding Wide slow wobble (Normans Fat Boy) or vibraing bait(Rat-L-Trap). Vary your retrieve until you find out what they want. Try differant colors. Rember sometimes they want something else (worms , spinnerbaits).

what's wrong with the footloose? just wanna know you guys reasons for not liking them. hell, it's been 5 years, yall may like them now. great little wake bait. good especially when stripers are surface feeding where i fish Mann's wake baits blow them out of the water. JMHO

Only good for crank baits very whippy. Will never buy one again. Broke it on a cast. Did I say that I would never buy one again. Try the Shimano Voltaeus , a good cheap rod for 40.00.
