I got the 64wlp a few months back when tackle warehouse had them for 110. It's an amazing reel and I have nothing but good things to say about it.

I blew about $50 on the live target lures at 40% off this morning, too much of a discount for me to pass on.

I think it depends on what rods you are comparing it to. I have a MH bionic blade and I think it is pretty close to the rating. I also have a MH Veritas that feels closer to H. There really isn't a standard across the board for different manufacturers to conform to when it comes to rod power.

Caught one that went around 9lbs yesterday. I don't know if she was on a bed I was just casting towards cover not sight fishing. Water is around 70-72 here.

I've had a 7ft mh for over a year with moderate to heavy use and there were no issues with it. I don't know the weight of it.

I used reel magic as a line conditioner and it got into the reel. I had to take the reel apart and clean it because it got so rough. I'll never use it on a reel again, works great for freeing up rusty pliers though.

Water is around 65 here(about an hour south of orlando) with some beds showing up

I use it with topwater, but the 832 I have on 2 set-ups doesn't seem to sink very much (if at all).

Is it common practice to unhook trailer lights before you back in? I am fairly new to this and don't unhook the lights and recently blew a bulb that had not seen much use.

I have been using it for the past few months on one combo, so far I like it. I mainly use it for topwater and shallow crankbaits.

I have been using an abu cardinal 101 for about 2 years, it hasn't given me any trouble and is as smooth as the day I bought it.

I had vanish break while casting it stayed on my reel for one outing. I switched to Abrazx and have been very happy with it, I feed it plenty of KVD line conditioner.

I got the patriarch a couple of weeks ago and I am extremely impressed with it especially for $109. It is the wide spool version though so it is slightly wider than normal. It is very smooth and casts a mile. I can't comment on durability though.

I have the blue back herring topwater plug and it has been very productive for me and seems to attract larger fish, but if I were in your shoes I would buy the cheaper lures.

First time my cat saw a zoom super fluke he freaked out really bad and ran away, it was just sitting on a table I don't know why it scared him so much.
