  1. There is none, the river sucks. Watkins.
  2. I was talking about my Lowrider, not a Cara. don't get me wrong, I love the feel and sensitivity of the Lowrider, it just has such an odd action I can't come up with how to use it.
  3. If so, how does it fish? I have the Lizard Dragger Lowrider which is rated at a HF, but I wouldn't dare use it for that. It's way too soft. Just wondering if the Pro Grass (XH) would be good for t-rigs, or if anyone has any experience with the 7' HF Cara, as that could be an option too.
  4. Your going to buy a whole new set up JUST to fish t-rigged rage craws??? Seems a little ill-conceived to me but.......... I gotta agree with this. I wouldnt even buy a rage craw let alone a specific rod for throwing them. Couldnt help myself. Tell ya what, buy yourself a jig rod and fish rage craws with it. Or if yer flippin heavy cover then buy a flippin stick. Personally I buy a Verdict 7'6in MH and a few bags of Brush Hogs. You still save some bucks while catching more and bigger fish. I'm just fishing ponds though. I rarely throw anything other than a Rage Craw, jig, frog, or swimbait. I have a frog/swimbait rod, and a Lowrider 7' HF paired with a Citica and 50/12 PP, which I throw the Craws with now. It just isn't stiff enough, so I want to get something heavier. I have a "lunch break pond" I fish daily when there is open water, and it isn't too crappy out. I can wholeheartedly tell you I've caught many of the fish 5 or 6 times. And I have also conditioned them to refuse many baits. By late summer, they are a real challenge, and the pond seems like all the fish are gone. Tie on something new, and they magically reappear. Rethink your game plan Trust me, they LOVE the Rage Craw. I like my Vendetta 7'3 HXF for frogs and jigs. I just wanna add a new rod for texas rigs.

  6. I'll have to look into those Zillion rods, they look really sweet! Anyone have any experience with the 7' MHF?
  7. Your going to buy a whole new set up JUST to fish t-rigged rage craws??? Seems a little ill-conceived to me but..........it's your money. IMHO get the Avid, and as a bonus, you'll be able to fish other t-rigged baits, as well as jigs with it. : I mean for other t-rigs as well, and jigs. Basically a bottom presentation rod. Avid sounds good to me too!

    yes
  10. For my birthday I'm going to try and get a new rod, specifically for throwing 1/8-1/4 oz. t-rigged Rage Craws. My price range is $150-$220. Rod will be paired with a Curado 200e7. On my list as of now are: Avid 70MHF Cumara 7'2 MHF Falcon Cara t7- don't know what specific model Any other suggestions?

My brother and I got a PS3 yesterday. I can't for the life of me figure out how to connect it to the internet to play COD online. If any of you guys know how, please help. There's a bunch of letters...like a LAN cord, IP address that I apparently need...etc. I don't know what the WPA password is to connect to our wifi. The signal is 100%. PLEASE HELP!
  12. I mean I don't know. I'm 16 so it's not like I run my life yet... But I would definitely buy this.
  13. This is still an interesting topic though. I would pay off our house, cars, etc. Then I would get a truck or two, decked out, and cars for my mom, dad, and brother. Then I would put the rest in the bank. Interest would make you a bunch of money every year. Yes I would donate a lot of it, but I would just let the craziness settle daown for probably 2-3 years.

Have they tried to triangulate her cell phone if she has one? Or his? What's the story on the dude?
  16. I cooked this......ate a bowl with chips and now I'm puking my guts out since i woke up. Yeah i did something wrong..... "Jimmy Dean Spicy Sausage"- There's what you did wrong. I can't imagine throwing something like that up haha.
  17. I thought you were referring to the REAL dip, in which case I would have chimed in something useful.
  18. Skoal Mint, or Cope LC.
  19. Every year our music department has a Christmas concert which includes our chorus, guitar, orchestra, symphonic band and concert band. At the end, as part of the tradition, we all do a piece called Russian Christmas Music by Alfred Reed. Please watch this video. I play tuba in the symphonic band, and I kid you not this song makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Every time we play it. Our tuba section has designated spots in the song where each one of us can stop playing for a couple seconds and just take it in. If you were in the audience or actually playing or singing the music, you would understand, but I think this video does it a good bit of justice. The chorus is not in the picture, but is surrounding the entire audience. Enjoy!
  20. My coach is a good guy, he's just wrapped around his ego. Just the way he acts is so obnoxious. There's 6 kids that aren't even trying out, because of him. I'm just burned out. Maybe I'll play lacrosse, who knows. I'm also doing a class in scholl called Fit for Life. Our teacher is a Marine. Nuff said. It's a strength and conditioning class, and I have really seen a ton of improvement. My paretner is a wrestler who is completely ripped in every way shape and form, so that pushes me even more. I've really got into lifting, so there's another interest!
  21. Thanks guys. When I say I learn EVERYTHING about whatever it is, I mean everything haha. It's cool to be able to talk about thirty different things and really get into it. That relieves a lot of worries!
  22. Figured I could you guys at BR about this, since a lot of you have already been through the "growing up" stage. It feels like all of the things I used to be completely engulfed in aren't even in my interest anymore. I used to think about fishing, baseball, blah blah blah all day everyday. I would come home and browse this forum for hours on end. Haven't been fishing in the better part of four months, and don't really feel the desire to (which happens every once in a while). I don't want to play baseball this Spring for my high school team, but that has more to do with the fact that the head coach has his head three feet up his ***. I've played baseball since I was six, and I'm pretty d**n good. I could probably play in college, but I don't have the desire to work that hard for something I don't enjoy. It just isn't fun anymore. Last Summer I played for a team with some of my friends, and just destroyed the ball. Five dingers in eight games, but there wasn't any passion. And I'm not trying to sound cool or brag, I just find it weird. Fishing will come around again, as it always does. I have found interest in other things, like handguns, hunting, trucks (I got my license), and just cars in general. I'm the kind of person that wants to know all about whatever it is I think is cool. For instance, randomly I thought it would be cool to have a handgun. Two weeks later I could talk about the recoil guide springs that a Sig uses. I guess it means I'm eager to learn about stuff, so perhaps it's not as odd as I had originally thought. I just think it's weird that I could just completely abandon a hobby for a period of time. Has anyone experienced this?
  23. Okay, I'll play along. Can you tell I'm single? Try the boneless buffalo Anytizers. They're so d**n good!
  24. An LG 50", PS3, and COD.
