I'm 'bout to get my first vehicle. Thinkin' of a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 Ext. cab, then getting a 4" lift and some AT tires. Also a Flowmaster exhaust system. So what do you guys have?

To be honest, I caught one fish last Fall. Just one. It was a 4.15, and I caught it on a Mop Jig with a Brush Hog as a trailer. One of my buddies caught a looonnggg fish that was a little skinny on a jig, too. It weight 6 lbs even, but should have weighed 7. This fall I'm sticking to my Rage Craws when I get out, which won't be much.

Nope, 50# P-Line. Which reminds me, I need some 65# PP. Is that the P-Line Spectrex stuff? How you liking it ,I saw it was only $10 or so and had bad reviews so I shied away from it. It's good line. I like PP more, it doesn't dig in as much.

Those marks are from the manufacturing process. They were not made by your spool. Personally I would flush out the spool bearings and re-lubricate them with a light reel oil (like the Shimano supplies with the Curado's) I just received one today from TW in the mail. Has absolutely no markings at all. Not to mention, if it was from the manufacturing process, why do some have severe amounts of those markings and others barely any? Maybe that's why you got such a good deal...?
