  2. A drop of crazy glue on my leader/line knot gives me piece of mind even though it isnt necessary.
  3. Sturgeons and down lake. never were able to put together any kind of pattern but the jerkbait has been working well lately. I caught mine on a fluke.
  4. fished cold side of Anna Sat. in the VAO tourney. There were 4 sacks over 14 lbs. with the winning bag at 15.5lbs. We caught 3 fish, one being my best fish on Anna to date at 5.03 lbs. It was a nice day to be on the water!

  8. Fished fri/sat eves and had a combined 1 dink to show for it. Fri was Egppts Bend on the Shenendoah. Water was 50ish. Threw jerks, cranks in 4-8 ft. Nada. Only taker came on wood with a Rage Craw on a jig head. Sat went to Lake Frederick. Very clear, 49deg. Jigs on main lake points, chatterbait, jerkbait, swim senko on a jig, cranks, NADA! 12. What are some of the cold water techniques you guys are using? I have been one of those guys "doing other things" in the winter but it sounds like maybe I am missing out. Did go out on the Potomac Thurs. with the nice weather after Blue Cats. Caught 3, the largest being 25.5lbs. Thanks

  19. What Shimmy said. I fish there fairly often. If you take your bass boat just keep the motor up. No prob. There is a tackle shop there also called the minnow bucket. You can call them as well. Good luck. Last time out had a good early am bite, a mid morning lull, then caught a solid 4# off of a point around noon.
