Real worms are lethal on bass for sure. The only problem is the perch and panfish get to them first usually.
So true , 4inch senko in watermelon with black flake, 03 or 04 gammie offset shank hook. That combo has not failed me in the past couple weeks. Although im new to the bass game so I haven't had the pleasure of really trying out alot of things.
I agree with the Compre, and or a crucial paired with a curado. The Revo is also a great reel for the money. I love my abu but for the money the curado IMO is the best reel in that price range.
Well said sir , i on the other hand also was wondering to do you when a fish gets hooked in the back of the throat? Iv seen pics of fish swallowing a whole crank bait and have no idea what i would if that ever happened.
Enjoy the scale, just dont jam the scales hook through the fishes mouth. So many people ruin a good fish by doing that and its sad. It puts to much pressure on the jaw, and seen some nasty wounds.
You need to learn how to properly weigh a bass. Im getting tired of seeing people punch holes in the mouth. Either get a bag and or a scale with jaw grabbers.
I have been waiting to make my 1st post and shall i say DAM, you must be loving life. I keep hearing stories about Erie and the hogs that live in them there waters. If there is one thing to do before I die it has to be fishing for smallies at Erie.
