You guys have said contradicting things; one says brakes control b-lash at beginning, cast control at the end while another says cast control knob controls b-lash at beginning and brakes at the end. Which one is it??? :-/

Does it have a shaft bearing? Or just the bearings on the ends? I got one today and I can't find the bearing or a bushing on the shaft? did the 100's come without a shaft bearing? :-?

Hey guys, I'm a newbie here and I need your advice. I'm finally gonna break down and spend more than I normally would on a baitcaster. Here the question; A friend of mine has 2 Curados. A 5 and a 7. I'll be using it for primarily plastics/spinnerbait fishing. I'd like to hear your thoughts on which one I should get. 5:1 or 7:1??? thanks in advance, birdley123
