any where on the coast, get a guide or go scouting for birds, when they dive in the water there problly eating scraps from a freeding frenzy, and thats were you will find bluefish,and most other predatory fish.

how do clear crankbaits catch fish, the one i had was a rapala glass rap, glass with a rattle and some light blue spots it dove to 8-15 feet and it catches fish im sure they cant see it down there

im getting a new bait cast rod and reel combo, a abugarcia black-with a meduim action rod i will use this for general all around bass fishing, i just wanted to know what type of line i should use. mono,(what are the advatages and dis advatages),braid,(what are the advatages and dis advatages),or florocarb,(what are the advatages and dis advatages) i will probly use between 8 and 15 lbs test line can anyone help me?
