Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I wouldn't let that kind of feedback stop you. Give it a try and see for yourself. It probably depends a lot on the specific location where you'd be working. The people at the car rental center in Vegas always seem like they are having a good time!!

Any bowhunters out there?
One thing to consider when buying used is knowing your draw length. When looking at bows, make sure they have enough adjustment to fit your bow length. Having to change out cams, wheels, strings and cables can get really expensive.

- Camp Mack Report
It sounds like good time considering the weather. Congrats on the Whopper!! I'll be heading to Camp Mack or up to Toho, hopefully around the end of the week. Hopefully Camp Mack has increased their security for the new season.- senko casting help?
+1, My son and I both use spinning gear for Senkos. It allows much easier casts under and around docks and pinpoint casts into cover. My all time favorite rod for this is a Loomis 7'1" Mossyback, Extra fast action combined with a Shimano Saros 3000s and braid. It will cast a trick worm or a Senko style bait with no weight, gently and as far as you could possibly image wanting to cast one The combination also has plenty of power to get them out of heavy cover.- Lake Walk in Water
Good news today. They ran the boat and tracked it down to a bad coil (or coil pack?). Anyway the manager said that when the new part arrives he says it will run like new. I really hope so as it was one annoying *$#@(!+ problem!!!- Lake Walk in Water
Still no news on my boat. Between the wind, rain and holidays, they haven't been able to get it out on the water. Next week looks like more cold weather as well. I might just go pick it up and bring it to a local Merc Service dealer that's not so busy.- Daytona 500
I'm no shrub fan but to make such a proclaimation based on one race is really a stretch- Daytona 500
:-? What does Tony Eury Sr. have to do with Dale? Maybe his crewchiefing from the Nationwide Series carried over to the cup side?? :-?- Anyone ever buy a boat through Bass Pro Shops?
I bought my Tracker V-18 Tournament/Optimax 115 from the Orlando BPS over the summer. I paid cash so no info on their fincancing. Basically, there's no negotiating. The advertised price is what you pay. I managed to snag some electronics when bought the boat that were on sale. I still had to pay to have them installed : The only reason I bought the boat at BPS is because they were the only dealer that had one in stock. Other Tracker dealers said it would take weeks to get one in. As far as service, the Orlando BPS has a full service center. The problem is, they are very busy and getting work done takes a LONG time. Right now my boat is in for service at the Orlando shop. This will be the last time I use them as I have much better Mercury service locations, MUCH closer.- Any bowhunters out there?
I agree with the used bow idea. There are guys that HAVE to buy the newest gear every year. Their old bows are what you should look for. Check the archery stores for used deals often. The shops around here are always turning over used gear. I miss bowhunting in NY state. No urge to do it here in FL I'd rather go bass fishing.- Big M balsa bodies before and afters.
Very nice!! I like the top left one and the crawdad paint job!!- carry firearms while fishing?
I shoot at a private range and very well run public one. Yes, sometimes there have been idiots at the public range. Sometimes talk to them. If that doesn't work I leave and report them on the way out. In a situation as we've been discussing, I'll put more faith in my training and gun handling in any situation. Again, most LEO's are top notch, well trained proffessionals but there's always that odd one that makes me feel I'd be better off trusting my own instincts and acting accordingly.- carry firearms while fishing?
Many tactical shooting classes WITH police and probably hundreds of run and gun comptetitions. Making some sloppy move that would draw fire from a LEO ain't gonna happen- carry firearms while fishing?
I don't know about you but after 30 years of CCW my CCW isn't that sloppy. To each his own :- carry firearms while fishing?
And for every knuckleheaded CCW there's a Barney Fifer to balance it out. Again, most LEO are thorough proffesionals but there are some that I'd prefer to not interact with over a CCW issue. For me, it would all comes down to common sense on a case by case basis.- carry firearms while fishing?
What does it have to do with testosterone?? :-? It would be a simple decision based on some forethought. Do you equate CCW with some sort of testosterone issues??- No Luck with Lipless Crankbaits
Thanks again for the info. As I mentioned earlier, I have pretty good results on them, just not in central Florida I'll be focusing on improving my florida lipless skills this season!!- Painting cranks
Many of the RC modelers I know buy all their equipment and paint from Chicago Airbrush Supply http://www.chicagoairbrushsupply.com/ When I order from them, I get it in about 2 days. Never a problem. They have quite an assortment of paints as well. Buy a quart of black so you can practice your tapered lines with your DA brush 8-) That's an art in itself!! Here's my airbrush masterpiece............... ;D- carry firearms while fishing?
For the record, I have many cops that are customers and friends. Sometimes they gather in my shop to build Kydex stuff or sharpen knives. I always give them the benefit of the doubt in any situation or discussion..........However, there are also some realy Barney Fifers around here that I'd rather not have ANY interaction with at a simple traffic stop over a CCW. I'm not saying exactly what ANYONE should do in this situation and I'm leaning towards both sides of the argument My gut reaction would probably be to hold off on making any announcement unless for some ODD reason they made the announcement that I needed to step out of the car, etc.- Concealled Carry .... A Valentine's Love Story !!
Very cool!! Beats the hell out of chocolate and roses- carry firearms while fishing?
:-? Say WHUT?? I"ve had a CC license now for the past 20yrs, I have relatives and friends in law enforcement. You better know when to tell a officer of the law you are a legal CC holder with a loaded gun on ya, when he ask to see your I.D. Don't ever take a chance to surprise the officer you have a loaded gun on ya, period. If you are pulled over, you announce that you have a CC and you have the firearm on ya/with ya. Besides they already know from your plates. This is the difference between a ignorant CC holder to a knowledge CC holder. Depends on the state. VA has no notification law. Im not talking law, Im talking smarts, unless its a criminal-then thats what it is then If not required by the state I'm in, I have no reason to notify anyone of my carry status. After some thought, I'm tending to agree with you. If you're abiding by the laws, so be it. I've never encountered a LEO that I didn't know while I was carrying.........Other than at the range. I'd like to read the Florida law that specifies when and how I would have to make a LEO aware that I'm CCW. Anyone have a link??- Face, meet snow.
The one with the reporter is awesome!!- Painting cranks
Aerosol freezes up and stops, then thaws, then stops. You'll be hatin' it - Camp Mack Report
