  1. If your not stisfied with those, you got my address.....lol Nice work
  2. Looks good cad. Like the paint job.
  3. Thought I would chime in since this is the majority of what I do. I consider what I do to be two things "standard" and "custom". Sometimes those come together as one also. What I have pictured on my website as far as colors go, whether it's a skirt or leadhead, is what I consider "standard". The "custom" comes into play when a customer wants a different hook, skirt color, exact number of strands of one color, or any other modification of the "standard" stuff. Full custom comes from starting from scratch and working your way up. The ONLY way to get what the customer wants is commmunication. You may feel like you are asking too many questions and at some points I'm sure your customer might think it too, BUT I promise you if you get what they want the first go around, they'll forget all about the questions and be quite pleased.
  4. Looks great!
  5. Thanks guys. I order the jnj head. I do not pour them
  6. you should call the one in the top right "The Tick"
  7. that black and brown is sweet....

  9. Stasher. Yours is MUCH more oraganized than mine.....lol. I just do my finishing insided. All my painting and pouring done outside. I don't get off work most days till 6 or a little later, so I put the finishing part inside so I can still be socialable with the family and get to spend some time with them as I build.
  10. Boat's in the shop, snow's on the ground so have nothing better to do than build. Took a break and looked down....Have no clue how I can find stuff with everything like this......lol Really drives the wife nuts since its in view of the living room........ ;D
  11. They'd catch me if I was a fish.....
  12. Thanks guys. Appreciate all the input. The morning after nearly cost me a new keyboard....lol That was a good one. However, in relation to the marketing post don't know how well it would market. MNGeorge makes a very good point on the names. Tilapia would definitely limit the audience on it. As for the purple haze, I already have a skirt named that. It's the translucent material with the puprle glimmer and some purple glimmer fishscale in it as well. http://i840.photobucket.com/albums/zz325/RealDealCustomTackle/Chatterbaits/PurpleHaze.jpg So as of right now looks like I'm going to have to go with the Sick Gill Thanks for all the input.
  13. This is a new color I am going to add. I am having trouble pulling the trigger on a name. Got it narrowed to two in my mind, but can't sway one way or the other. Looking at either "Sick Gill" or "Dark Tilapia". What do you guys think????
  14. Nice work. I'm bored too. Y'all can have your snow back..........lol
  15. I purchased these in bulk, but they are a mix of wm and gp half wire with purple crystal, a gp/ice blue striped tab and orange and yellow striped tab. few strands of orange pepper and yellow would subsitute fine though.
  16. Appreciate all the compliments guys. I have just started doing the spinnerbaits, so makes me feel good to get the great approvals! Thanks.
  17. This is just a single Colorado. Needed one for the early spring runoff. That's a little different colorado on there though and it thumps.....
  18. Looking good Marty!
  19. Whatcha think? Better picture of skirt alone:
  20. sunfish: gp candy, blue shad, pumpkin grn/org bluegill: gp candy, burnt amber, pumpkin grn/org, barb wire nat. chart.
  21. I bought a lot of stuff off a guy close to here and that was one of the molds included. I think he had it custom made. It's not one of the do-it molds or anything.
  22. x2 Marty Any positive/constructive feedback is critical to us being able to develop and tweak colors and designs to make them better.
  23. Thanks everyone. I think those should work really well when the bream hit the banks. To answer the question above. Yes the head is flat on the bottom. Hears a pic of one that shows the other side of the head. This one is white living rubber.
  24. Made a few swimjigs up and thought I'd see what you guys think.
  25. Look good. Those might keep you busy for a while
