Pflueger President Spinning Reel
Well there is a reason it is the #1 recommended spinning reel. It's not expensive and built with quality components and just a workhorse reel. As for the weight I think a trion weighs less the. A president. The president has more metal parts and you can really feel a difference in quality between the 2. The trion by it self though is a excellent reel for $30.

Best Knot For Crank Baits?
Well that is probably because a palomar is actually a knot and a uni is a slip. I would like to see how a palomar compares in a strength test vs other knots after fishing it for a while and not right after it wa tied. I am pretty sure it get weaker and weaker as stress it applied to it. I am sure all knots do but even more so in the case of a palomar.

Best Knot For Crank Baits?
For me it's a San Diego Jam for everything or a Uni. I have been using the Uni more lately just to mix it up and tie something different. They are both excellent knots and are easy to tie. They work on any kind of line and any diameter.

Deps Ss 700
I don't think so. It's looks way different if you look. The joint looks weird and there is a black thing in there and the back half looks weird also. I don't even know of there is a shell on it. It kind of blends in if there is. I am sure you might have already seen it on SU or the Deps page speed. Also you 2 would be the ones to comment on it also. That is one Deps I don't have a hookup on for getting them cheap

Someone Stole All My Fishing Gear
I actually had all my stuff stolen a few years ago. It was like right after I started fishing again after a really long time. I had also just joined this site around then as I was really getting back into it and this was like new a development from the time I was last fishing. I lost 5 or 6 setups and a pretty good sized tote full off stuff. The tote had old stuff in it also that belonged to mygrandfater's like like Mitchell spinning reels rapalas, spoons, Erie deries, ect. I really didn't have anything amazing back then by my standards today in regards to lures but I had some decent rods and reels I used. I do wish I still had the old curados that got stolen. I would still use those to this day. I have never owned another curado since those were stolen though.

Swimbait Jig Head. What Ya Using?
This is true ^^ I don't know how I feel about doing it with just any swimbait as I sometimes think some don't swim right like that. It could just all be in my head. Rigging them this way is the only way to go when I drag them along the bottom. Pretty much like a c-rig in how I fish them. Just slowly pull it along a rod length at a time and it can work wonders.

Best Tackle Purchases Of 2015
Probabaly Tatsu. It has kinda changed my mind on what I consider really good line. It is worth the money if only for a couple setups. You were going to spend that $ on some other crap you won't ever use or if you do probabaly won't catch fish with. Just buy it.

It is 70 cm long and only weighs 6.6 lbs. That is a 250 and 175 in the photo for comparison btw if your wondering.

P Line Fluorocarbon Or Cxx
You can also count me in for CXX. I use it anywhere from 10-20# and it works for everything. Very minimal stretch and very good sensitivity.

Recommended Reel Oil
Lol it for sure would. I use that Lucas oil on the worm gear because its thicket. It would probabaly attract tons of dirt though so you better dip that bread quickly. What about something like Hilco lube? I would think it should work pretty good and it is designed to handle high rpms and stuff. It's also dielectric so that's a bonus you won't ever need. Right after I posted on here I was using some so it made me think of it.

I Lol'd When I Saw River 2 Sea Release A "rattle Trap" That Costs $12
The diving frog for sure will catch fish. You just have to not compare it to other frogs as they don't fish the same at all. It's more like a backwards jig or t-rig. Instead of going from the bottom towards the surface it goes from the surface towards the bottom.

Recommended Reel Oil
If you wrote that because I said extra virgin olive oil I was kidding and I would like to think you are also. I actually use rem oil usually or Lucas depending what I am oiling.

What Line Do You Use With Senko's?
It would wither be 6# copoly or mobo or 20# braid depending on the rod or what spool I am using. I would go with the 6# over the braid though.

Suggestions For Dampening Rod Vibration
I do know what he is saying though and totally understand. When I would throw a chatter bait on my 7'2" XF Crucial with braid it kinda drove me crazy after a while. It would make my hand start to fall asleep or go kinda numb and start to tingle. Since I pretty much stopped using braid everything is just fine now. Get some good copoly and you should be ok.

I Lol'd When I Saw River 2 Sea Release A "rattle Trap" That Costs $12
I actually think the diving frog is a good lure "but" it's not like a cover water lure. It's more like you know where a fish is or might be and you only need to cover 5' of water. I actually caught a couple good fish like that but never really put time in with it. I think the legs ended up melting and I have the body somewhere. I guess its like a pitching frog if thats a good example. Toss it to a spot work it for a few seconds then rinse and repeat. That's how I see it working best and people having luck with them.

I Lol'd When I Saw River 2 Sea Release A "rattle Trap" That Costs $12
You can keep the RES. They are a ok bait and they are cheap. It is probabaly why they are so popular. I have plenty of traps that cost way more then a RES and they act like it to. Usually you get what you pay for in fishing lures. There is probably a reason one lure is $5 and another is $15.

Punching?
Trust me about wrapping it around your arm. Wrap it half a dozen times and just pull or walk back and you will probably be fine lol. You might have some marks that look like if you put a rubberband on your arm but it's nothing. Ya I will pop 50# braid all day or bend out that hook. If it was real bad I would get my shirt or a rag in there before I wrap the line. I always use my forearm and wrap close to your elbow.

What Causes Rod Guides To Bend?
So many times I have bent guides moving rods. I am not careless with my stuff but if I can move these 10 rods in 1 trip I am doing it. I can't be bothered with makin multiple trips. It's like groceries. I will get the trunk and backseats all in 1 trip if possible. Who wants to walk back and forth 20 times

Getting The "itch" To Fish
That itch is probably scabies or something. It's disgusting and you should see a doctor and practice better hygiene.

Hooksets While Flipping
If they are pretty close and you don't have a lot of line out trying to catapult the fish out of the water on a hookset ends bad usually. Well for me it seems to. Your asking for no fish and a tungsten weight flying back at you or your buddies head. I just pick up on them and pretty much get them all. Just like you would maybe with a dropshot but with my authority. Even with kinda dull hooks you should stick them. It don't take much with little line out and braid.
