  1. Are there any perormance differences between the Zillion Coastal and the Regular Zillion? I know the Coastal has I higher gear ratio (7.3:1 vs 7.1:1) and anti-corrosive treatment, and blue anodized instead of red, and a spool thats not fully ported. So is there a performance difference because of basically a different spool and more anti-corrosive bearings? Im kinda only asking because im partial to the Anodized Blue color. I dont like the red so much. However if the Regular zillion out performs the Coastal, i'd much rather get a regular one.
  2. Any brand of wipes can remove moss, algae etc. And Mr.Clean Majic erasers can clean your cork. I think its just something that got rebranded, but sold for fishign with a higher price tag.
  3. Are they really good? I think I may be getting a laptop for Christmas judging by the hints my dad gave me (see christmas traditions thread). I think its and inspiron 15 ince laptop, and I believe they come with i3 or i5 processors. My question is are these processors as good as the hype? And I was wondering if they could play racing games consistently at ~30 FPS. The computer Im on now has an intel Pentium, so I'm guessing the upgrade would be noticeable. What are you'r guys thoughts on the i3 and i5 processors? Also, im going to be doing lots of school work on them, so im thinking browsing the web will be faster? or not? Thanks, Collin
  4. Never heard of the Daiwa Bradia, its not even listed on Daiwa's website that I saw. I voted CI4 out of the bunch, but check out the Daiwa Fuego spinning reel. Its about $70 more than the CI4 though :-/
  5. Its more wirk and you'll fatigue faster, with a lower gear ratio you wont fatigue so bad. Atleast from what i've read. Its more work to reel slower, than to reel faster? :-? Sorry, but that makes no sense to me whatsoever. Im not really sure how to explain it.

  7. Definately congratulations! Im 15 5'10" and 185. I think I could lose 20 lbs. I go to the gym 4 days a week. Mostly cardio with a little bit of strength. I hope I get awesome results like you! I used to be chunky, and I mean chunky.
  8. Good ideas guys! I also put some Sri Racha hot sauce in a fried oreo with a syringe and gave it to her. And I mean A LOT of Sri racha. Sri Racha isn't to hot to me, but for people who hate spicy, its like an inferno. If you dont know what Sri Racha is i'll put a pic in here

  17. Its been started between me and my sister. It started when I put Saran Wrap over the toilet and she didn't notice. She then proceeded to use the bathroom. ;D I've also prepared for Christmas by coating her wrapped gift with packing tape, and melting it all together into a thick plastic coating! She did the old-school cup of water on top of a cracked door trick to me too. Many other pranks have been played. Do you guys have any good ideas of pranks for me to pull?
  18. They do make the Citica and Curado in lefties, its just that Curado e7 comes in Right and left Curado e5 only comes in right Citica comes in right and left
  19. I like longer rods for cranks for a little more casting distance, but thats just me. A 7' MH-Mod action should do fine, but since your all-star is a MH, I think essentially it would be another of the same rod, so I would go for a heavier M or a lighter MH. Some brands are heavier or lighter, but I cant name any off the top of my head. I Might get a new spinnerbait rod though, because if you use your worm/jig rod, that would be three techniques on one rod, and if your like me and like to switch from lure type alot, it may be a hamper re-tie-ing alot. IMO I'd get a spinnerbait rod, but its ultimately your choice, just make sure you think it through.
  20. Merry Christmas to all! I hope everyone gets some great stuff, and enjoys the holidays!

  23. I think the pitching action may be a little easier, and obviously remove backlashes, but I prefer casting because as soon as my jig hits the water, the little movement in my reel handle engages the spool, where as on spinning I have to close the bail then put my hand on the handle, although thats merely personal preference. With some practice, you can learn to feather the line and close the bail with your right middle and ring fingers. Its one of the reasons I hold the rod with three fingers forward. I use mostly for pitching a drop shot, since it can be a bulky rig to lob. My 15 y.o. fingers aren't quite long enough for that yet! ;D (No small tool comments needed) Although yes, that is a good technique.
  24. You seem to have shallow and deep cranks covered, but dont have a medium it sounds like. Although you didn't list any rods you use for spinnerbaits, but you can use your worm, jig, rod for that. I prefer the same action/power for spinners and plastics/jigs. However you can fill in those med cranks in between the deep and shallow rod. I'd say it all comes down two which you want more. If you think your going to throw cranks more, get a new cranking rod and vise versa. If you want to take the spinnerbait route, I would suggest a casting rod, 6'8" MH/XF rod. If you want to take the cranking route, I would get a 7'5"-ish rod with a nice slow action.
