looks like an H&R topper. for defense i would choose a pump or semi auto

  16. that was quite a blizzard. i do realize most of it missed my area but the way local governaments handled it was funny. it was nasty for like an hour then it stopped. we got like a whole 8" of snow which is nothing. i dont have school because of the "blizzard". its fine now with a little wind
  17. been able to resist him.......barely.......for now
  18. I used to live up there. You would be surprised at the bass that come out of Onondaga Lake. Smells like s$%t in the summer---but you throw a lure over those matted veggies and you'll catch 'em like crazy. Great fishing up in the river too.
  19. sorry to go off topic but syracuse better get their act togethor in basketball. besides being ion syracuse you got oneida and onandaga 8-)
  20. What reel is that? And is that swept handle swept the wrong way? its a diawa, i can tell you that. i can tell by the mag dial
  21. i had one. it broke after 2 1/2 years. i now use PQ and rick clunn signature series
  22. i have never used an ardent but they look dated, like from early 90s or late 80s
  23. Huh? I pitch with an 8 footer, and I'm 5'7". What would height have to do with it, please explain. the problem i get with longer rods is i cant get the clearance to get a long pitch. the lure hits the water short of my target. think of it this way. a longer rod has more line out. if you have more line out you need more clearance. whatever floats your boat. if long rods work for you than go for it 8-)
