  1. And whatever you do, don't rig the small end and then slit the fat end... If you swim it, or use as a shaky head that way, don't hold me respnsible for anything that happens!! Mike
  2. You Sir, just made my "I gotta go fishin with him Buckett List"!!! Mike
  3. Ditto.. Especially on a straight shank hook, but it's just as effective on a off set or skip gap style hook which is what I only use now. Mike
  4. Try useing Gammy's Skip Gap style hooks...I use them exclusivly now over the offset. Mike
  5. Frog Chatterbait Plastic Sq Bill Paddle tail swim bait Mike

  8. IMHO, Before you buy anything, do yourself a favor and check out the Phenix M1 line. If you're looking for a crank rod thier X series is as good as any. Mike
  9. Like a lot of folks I used the off set EWG style to T rigged plastics. But now I use the Skip Gap style exclusivley. They hold better than any offset hook I've ever used.. Anyway, I use the Owner Twist lock for any plastic with a fat enough end to hold..[brush hog's, fat senko type bait's etc.] VMC for T rigged shakey heads Mike
  10. I use either 15# Invisex or 12# Yo Zuri Hybrid depending on the depth I want to go. Mike
  11. Paca Craw's or RI Sweet Beaver Mike
  12. Even tho more and more folks are switching to left hand reeling, the predominate market still is right hand reeling, but it's slowly changing. When more and more demand happens, manufactures will have to offer both to keep or maintain thier market share. Mike
  13. Invizx here also... 20# for jigs and 15# for plastics... Don't need to change but I'm gonna try some Tatsu. Mike
  14. BPS Pro Qualifier hands down! Mike
  15. Sure, why wouldn't you? As Sam and iabass 8 said, as long as it's the same bag with the same color and they're not full of muck grass or whatever... go ahead. What I do is the same as when I change hooks..dry them off and put it back. Mike
  16. Get a BPS Pro Qualifier reel, and a MH/F Cabon light rod. Or any $150.00 range rod that balances well for you and you'll be good to go. I think the most should be spent on the best most sensative rod you can afford matched with a tough, reliable, easy to use reel. Mike
