Just checked the prices on the stuff I ordered from Brian at BBG Marine and the were several hundred dollars higher than what I paid on Friday. Jeff

My last design was specifically for off colored water. I was fishing in spots with stained water and used the black/blue variants for that water color. The water at this new spot is decently clear. I started with a mainly green pumpkin jig, but switched to the "JFrancho" color since I was fishing deep! Seems to have paid off! Jeff

BTW- I was reading through some jig questions and it reminded me I didn't update this with what color jig I was using. It was Siebert Outdoors Storm Series 3/4 oz "JFrancho color" football head. @Siebert Outdoors @J Francho

So to dummy it down a little bit, 2 mph is less than 3 foot per second. Something like 2.9XX feet per second. I will be making my maps at around 2 mph. Jeff

Did not get a measurement. Just a quick weight and back in the water she went. Caught in about 20 Fow. The lake is only 6-7 years old. Huge potential! Lake record was set last year at 9lb 14oz. My intentions are to shoot for that record this year! Jeff

We fished hard for just 5 dinks, but there was also this one...... 8.05 lbs on a Siebert Outdoors jig and rage craw

Here lately I have been throwing the True Bass little head. It is a 4.5" bait and really slays them on a keel weighted hook. Lighter the better. Also have good luck with skinny dippers. Jeff

I am not sure I have ever lost a bass once hooked......... Jeff
