The wiring diagram I got from Mitchell says it's on the driver's side.

I think the left side would be on the driver's side.

I'll try to get a wiring diagram for the horn circuit at school tomorrow if you want.

You probably have a short to ground. When you press the horn, you ground the circuit I think. If it's not a short to ground, it might be the relay. When you press the horn, do you hear a click at all? If it clicks, then the relay is still good. If not get a new relay. It's behind the glove box I think.
