  1. Simple Green. Works so well I couldn't believe it. My nasty brown handles looked brand new with very minor scrubbing.
  2. Great post and I totally agree. Worm fishing is my favorite. When I was a kid it seemed ridiculous that you could catch a bass on an old piece of rubber so I never really tried it. The first time a bass nailed one for me I was hooked. I've always got a t-rig tied on.
  3. Never had this issue either and mine are always in the back of my truck under a bed cover in the heat.
  4. I use those weedless Gammys and was loosing fish, moving up to a bigger size fixed the problem.
  5. Louie the lizard looks awesome! Nice work.
  6. I've had luck with them for sure. Especially work for me when its cold out.
  7. Yup I use these too. They work great. Eagle Claw sell the same thing at Dick's for around $1.50. I find that I get a lot less false bites when using them.
  8. This is an awesome idea. Will definitely try this thanks!
  9. I agree probably dinks. Happens to me all the time when the fish doesn't have the worm far enough in its mouth so you are just pulling it out.
  10. 1/8, 3/16 for me.
  11. Great information, much appreciated! Luke
  12. Had this same realization this season. They really fight!
  13. good looking fish, looks like a nice day too.
  14. Hello everyone, I have an old 14' fiberglass Starcraft boat. I would like to do some maintenance on the underside of the boat, do you guys think it would be ok to get a few people and flip the boat over in the grass to work on the underside? This is my first boat and don't want to destroy it the first time I try to work on it. I have attached a pic. Thanks, Luke
  15. Awesome! Just started taking my little boat out on the Mon. Today I caught about 12 smallmouth, 5 of them keepers, a couple really nice ones. All of those caught on power worms. I had no idea the fishing was so good in the mon, I've caught more smallmouth in the past 2 weeks than I have in the past two years. Excited to try the other rivers. Good job!
  16. I totally agree with this. Luke
  17. Found one of these in my box. How exactly should the grub be attached? Thanks, Luke
  18. This is a great thread. Thanks for all the advice everyone. Luke
  19. Wow, nice post! Thanks a lot for this. Luke
  20. Had great luck with just that this past week. Between the power worm and a wacky rigged senko we had a great couple days. Luke
  21. Same thing happened to me on my Premier rod. Ordered the tip from St. Croix had it in a few days, took about 5 minutes to fix and now you cant even tell I did it. Luke
  22. Thanks Sage! Ill give it a shot this weekend! Luke
  23. Heading up to Lake Arthur (Moraine State Park) tomorrow. It's supposed to be warm and partly cloudy. I have had really poor luck up there for the most part, anyone have any suggestions as to where to start? I'll be out in my boat. All answers appreciated.
  24. I have 3 Premiers now. I really like them. Just bought the 3rd one last night.
