  1. According to the back of the bag, the ring fry should be rigged wither shakey head or texas rigged weightless. I just got a bad and Im waiting until the ice melts to use em. Im looking forward to see what they can pull up.

  5. So you guys think the 7 foot will be just fine?
  6. Yea I tried pitching with one of my firends spinning set up and for some reason I found it to be much easier. But maybe thats just me
  7. It will be used for basic jigs. Nothing TOO heavy or light. The longest spinning rod they make that is a true MH is 7 ft. Which I thought might be a tad to short for pitching but..I guess thats why Im asking you guys.
  8. Would a Meduim Fast action rod be too much for a pitching rod? Because Im planning on buying the Abu Garcia Vengeance as my current pitching rods back up. And Ive heard that a medium feels alot like a medium heavy. So I was wondering if a 7'4 M with a medium fast action would still be ok for pitching? :-/
  9. I wouldnt call myself computer illiterate but tinypic is definitaly the easitst photo hosting site for me. JM2C

  12. I just dont understand why they made a 7'4 MH Vengeance as a casting rod and they only made a 7 MH in spinning? :-?
  13. Its gotta be under $50. haha I gotta save some of my xmas money and 50 is all I can afford to spend on the rod. Preferably any rod that is 7-7'8 foot or more, medium heavy, 1 piece and $50- I know thats pretty picky but...luckly the vengeance fits all those.
  14. Im planning on getting either of these rods because they are realativly cheap and would make a good back up rod. Just wondering if anybody has had any experience on these rods and which on they liked the best. Thanks guys!
  15. Yea I too am plannig on purchasing one of these rods after xmas and would be interested in other peoples opinion on it. :-/
  16. Yea. Shoot I bet a blind man could see Berkleys Tracer braid. So Im sure a fish could.

  21. I used Power Pro and it was an absolute nightmare. It tangled and got loops left and right. But Spiderwire Stealth on the other hand....best braid out there IMO. But I ony use braid for flippin and pitchin. Spiderwire Fluro is the way to go for anything else!!
  22. Spiderwire Stealth in moss green Best line Ive ever used. Incredibaly smooth off the spool and is just a great line. I honestly think its better than Power Pro.
  23. Ohhhh yeaa. My dad sometimes yells at me becasue all I talk to him about anymore is fishing. Its almost gotten to the point where my school grades are starting to take a bit of a dive becasue all I can do in school is daydream about fishing, or what lure to buy next. Its crazyness! ...but I love it.
