Hello all my name is Dan and i am in the US Navy. I say I am a transient, as I am moved around every 2 to 4 years and have to get used to new areas. I recently left Norfolk area and now reside in Ridge Maryland on week days and Chesapeake Virginia on weekends. I have a fishing license for states NC, VA and MD. I have only been bass fishing now for a little over 2 years. When I got off the last cruise in August I found that my wife had purchased the boat in my sig for me. I have only got to put it in the water a handful of time and look forward to doing it much more in the future. I am still learning so if any have any insight on the sport of bass fishing I am an eager learner. I am not above donating to any local fishing tourney, and hope to some day end the donation process. Hope to see and meet many of you all out on the water.

I am a some what recent convert to Bass fishing. I do enjoy catching a Smallie over a large mouth any day but to me nothing beats any trout in the very early in the year when the ice is first melted off the lakes.

Hello Maryland... I have recently been transfer to Patuxent River from Chesapeake Virginia. I may be pestering you all about where to fish around here and where the boat ramps are. I have a 2005 Gambler 2100DC with a Yamaha 250. Looking forward to getting it on the water around here; keeping it winterized until March it looks like at the earliest. WFN has a couple shows that may be of interest to you. Can not really remeber any names but one has a segment something "Fisher Girl" and the Shelly and Courtney one. The Pescar something one has a guy who is always taking his niece. Not sure if any are still on as I have not had WFN for about 6 months though.
