Yup finally in 'Merica now laid over in Bangor Maine then onto Gulfport Mississippi where I'll be till next Friday at the latest then home to the kids and to face the whole divorce thing head on now. My boys are picking me up from the armory already have plans to take them to the aquarium and Noah my oldest is begging to go fox hunting so probably take him to the woods with my new caller see if I can't call him in a fox.

I fall into the hate cardio love lifting. Same thing I hate actually doing cardio but once done feel great. This past month alone Iv done the army 10miler and now half marathon as well hated the thought of it till a little into it then felt great. I'm still weak for food I eat a slice of cheese cake like every other day lol but still holding at 175 no mater what I eat or do in the gym or on the road for cardio. This past february I was 207lbs I'm at 175 and holding steady now. I put up almost 3 times as much weight as when I started. Shoulders are my favorite to work on and where I showed the biggest improvement. In April I could only dumb bell shoulder press 35lbs 8 times for three sets it was pathetic now I'm at 100lb dumb bells 6 times for 3 sets with 80 and 90lb warm up sets for 5 total sets. On the hammer strength isolation shoulder press machine I'm at 2 45lb plates per side plus a 25lb plate per side. Now legs and cardio are in the same category hate doing it but feel good after wards till I try to walk a few days later and then I feel and look like a old cripple.

Good eating for sure the big bucks are nice to hang on the wall but not much for eating to tough. I'm a backstrap hunter so I shoot what ever just for the meat can't eat horns

Iv never had a good Christmas so I hate this time of year. As a kid growing up it was spent bouncing between parents fighting over who I spend it with. Once married it was spent fighting with the wife. Now this year I'm getting a divorce for Christmas so I guess this ones not to bad haha. But now my kids will go threw what I did bouncing between houses for the holidays. And it's not just Xmas I hate I hate all holidays with the exception of Halloween......soon to be single again I can really enjoy it haha.

I realized today getting my hair cut here I gotta find a barber shop once back home the normal haircut places ain't gonna cut it. Iv been spoiled here with the barber shop it's run by a fillipino family and 1 Iraqi and they give the best d**n hair cut. Go in get a high and tight skin on the sides. They do straight shaves so it's really smooth then when done you get a shoulder and neck massage all for 5.25usd!! now I gotta find a place that will do as good I'll sacrifice the massage and probably the price though but I love the straight razor shave ever payday.

last nights dinner was good we had a cook out so some dogs, sausages, burgers i had 2 of each, a Becks non alcoholic beer(dry country here) and a cigar, then went to chow and had a steak, baked potato, lobster tail, corn on the cob, and a slice of cake. Yup I pretty much rolled back to the barracks good thing its my day off today lol.
