    I mix finish in an upside down beer/soda can just clean it off with alcohol before mixing. Mix finish and blow over it thru a drinking straw to drive bubbles out of finish. Free cup. Lynn

    Jim, I would use an old transom trolling motor mount with a cut off whitewater rafting or canoe paddle mounted in it. Leave it long at first. you can shorten it to finished lenght after you see how long it has to be. Lynn
