  1. My son does, he caught a 10lbs+ fish last year while talking on his phone and texting at the same time!lol SJ
  2. My name represents my favorite bait, a swim jig. SJ
  3. I read on here in another thread where a gentlemen stated that after talking with Boyd for a while he learned that the rods are on the same blank as the Kistler Z-Bone rods. Here is the quote: SJ
  4. I really like the Megastrike and JJs, but my wife really hates it when I use either one. I just rub the Megastrike into the plastic really well and I try to keep it off my jig skirts as it makes them stick together. SJ
  5. They are great rods for the money. All Falcon rods are great and they have great customer service as well. SJ
  6. I have been wanting to try these rods as well. Looked at them the other day at Cabelas and they seem very light and well made. I have also heard nothing but good things on these rods on the different forums as well as the on line reviews. SJ
  7. Can't wait for your sale to start, I am in need of restocking for the year. SJ
  8. I really like finesse style round head jigs in those types of situations. 5/16oz and 3/8oz are the 2 weights I use the most. SJ
  9. I have had a lot of luck with the Strike King coffee scent tubes as well as YUM tubes and lately the Chompers tubes. For colors, black and blue, green pumpkin, watermelon red flake and white is always a good choice. SJ
  10. I have always used either Shimano or Daiwa and lately been using the newer Revos reels. But when I saw the new SMOKE reel I new I had to try one out. I picked up one at the BPS reel trade in and so far I am very impressed with the build quality and feel of the reel. I also picked up an Energy spinning reel and it feels extremely solid and about the same weight wise as my Saros and Soron STX spinning reels. Get to try them out this weekend and will post results back after the weekend. SJ
