i was thinking about getting a 6.3 for my next reel... i am thinking of maybe a revo series reel or another curado. i have a E7 curado already. i am going to take a look at that rod you mentioned.

i will probably use it for senkos and different types of worms. ideally i dont want to spend more than a $100-$150. trying not to break the bank as i want to get one more reel which i havent decided on yet either lol

hey whats up everyone. i just purchased a Quantum Energy PT baitcast reel on here and need a rod for it. the gearing is 5:0.1. most of the fishing i do is from the bank into canals and lakes. some places are pretty open and every now and again i get into some tight spots. also i might want to take this to the florida keys as well. not looking for anything too crazy expensive. just looking for advice in what to choose. thanks Oscar

its clear. they have lots of patches of weeds and you can actually see the fish. also its not deep at all

hey whats up everyone. i just went to a canal by the homestead motor sports complex to fish. there was a lot of fish but man i will tell you they are picky lol. i started off with some shiners and only got one hit from a peacock bass. a small one too. i saw the bigger ones and nothing. i ran out of shiners cause this garfish came and kept snatching them until i caught him lol. well i switched to shallow shad from rapala and still got no hits. then i went with some senkos and nada. i was trying to figure this guys out. i saw one female that had a fat belly and even if i put the worm close to here, she wasnt having it. any advice on what to make these peacocks and LRG mouth bass bite?!?

i just picked up a Redbone Rod at sports authority. they are on sale 69.99. good rods

i think you should be good. i use flukes on 3/0 and they eat them up

you could do the shimano curado combo that they have at BPS. it includes the BPS extreme rod i believe
