  1. Switch to a swimbait
  2. Good job! Sounds like you had a great time, and a great start to your tournament career.
  3. I'm one of the 4% who has dial up (or as I call it, "slow speed Internet"). This site is as fast as any site I frequent, and faster than most (bassmaster, espn). Two suggestions if your Internet connection is slow: 1. Don't watch the videos (unless you have a lot of time to waste). 2. Don't post very much. I can read a whole lot of other members' posts in the time that it takes me to post one reply.
  4. When I was in college my professors docked us if we didn't capitalize the word "I" or the first word of each sentence. :
  5. there would be no fishing on tv without sponsors. There would be no TV without sponsors
  6. You're sick. You ought to be locked up.
  7. I love squirrel hunting. My wife gave me a new .410 for Christmas, and I wacked several with it during January (she even killed her first one with it). I also got a 10/22 about a month ago (right after squirrel season went out). I'm looking forward to October to try it out. Squirrel hunting is as much fun as bass fishing! Was that your first squirrel?
  8. TF, The Gold Point Church of Christ in Eastern NC. Frog, She made homemade popcorn last night
  9. Aside from being a beautiful, smart, hard working, generous woman, we just got home from Church, and she said the six best words you can say to a preacher: "I'm gonna fry you some chicken." I've got to go now. :-*
  10. Good job man. I'm proud to know you.
  11. Relax EJ, your team won ;D
  12. Scoring isn't everything. Kobe could score 50 a night if he wanted to, and the Lakers would only score 60-70 points, but they'd lose a lot more games than they'd win. How many assists, steals, and rebounds did he average?
  13. Check out the American Bass Anglers' web site. They fish tournaments all over the state, and they are a great place to meet people who can give you great information about local clubs.

Yummmm, that sounds good. You sound like you definately have a keeper with Elaine. I'd call it "Two ring salad." Any woman who makes something that sounds that good deserves to have two rings on her finger! ;D
  16. You could just sell the car
  17. Welcome to BR
  18. Congrats! BTW, I know 5lb.bluegill catches a lot of carp.
  19. Just heard this story on the news. Sad situation.

Frogtog, You've got to quit with the popcorn. I've ate a bag every night since you started using that thing. ;D
  21. I think it was the same guy who went postal on here that day with the texas=kkk racism posts
  22. :-X I admit, I loved the Pittsburg Classic. Granted, my wife and I were there and I was cheering for KVD, so that made didn't hurt, but I loved it. I also loved the spawning tournament with big weights the very next year. I just love the Classic.
  23. Oh man! Does that mean I have to pay for my desktop picture now? :-?
  24. When the Classic was in Pittsburg a few years ago a lot of folks whined because it was tough (less than 13 pounds won it). When the Classic was in Florida a couple of years ago folks whined because it was a spawning tournament (plenty of big fish caught bed fishing). The moral of the story is: People like to whine. The Classic schedual is already set for the next three years, so no need in whining. Just enjoy it.
