I have a Pflueger Supreme. I've had it for about a year and a half now and have nothing but good things to say about it. Love it. Wish I could have found one for that cheap!

Used to use cheap ones, then got a pair of Oakleys. Liked them but recently bought a pair of Costa Brine 580G with the green mirror lenses... Incredible difference. Got them brand new for cheap on ebay too. Just have to look to find the deals.

If it were overpopulated the fish probably wouldn't be fat.

Kinda off topic, but I've heard 33's by far the best on Busch... Any truth to that?

Decided to head to the farm I deer hunt to hang trail cameras, and figured I'd stay the night and do some fishing also since it's 3 hours from my driveway. Got there yesterday evening and on the second cast caught a 16.25" crappie. Decided to hang the cameras and then do some more fishing when I got back. Caught about 8 bass between 1-1.5 pounds in the evening. Also had a 3 spit the spinnerbait because I tried to pull it over a log. Woke up this morning and caught 4 or 5 in my first 10 casts on a spook then it slowed down big time. Tied on a jig and couldn't buy a bite til I caught another 1 pounder. Another twenty or so casts later I caught this largie. The crappie and bass are both PBs for me... Wish I could've gotten better pictures of the bass but the camera and tripod went under when I was trying to get more pictures. Glad the memory card still works at least. Rory

Had the best trip to one of my favorite ponds to fish I've had in a while. Left one was caught on a white spinnerbait, right one was caught the next morning on a jig. Caught a bunch between the three of us about the size of the left fish, it was a great time.

Great looking bucks Blue, good luck. Opening day's tomorrow. Wish I could get out but I have class til 3 and still have to drive home and get all my stuff together. I'll be hunting all day Friday and Saturday, and then Sunday morning also. Can't wait to see how this season turns out.

Check four cams the other day on the main farm we deer hunt and it was kind of disappointing that we only got one good buck on cam out of about 2000 pictures over a couple weeks. Especially with all the 2.5s we had show up last year we were expecting pretty good things from our first pull. But it's been hot and it's still early. I know once it starts cooling down some that the big boys will start showing their faces. Here's the buck we got on cam. Also got my mount back from last year about a week ago. He's the buck on the right. He was all scarred up when I killed him and the taxi did a great job leaving the scars like I wanted.

Heading to one of our spots tomorrow to check a couple cameras I have out and also hang the rest of mine. Can't wait to see if we got anything good on either of them that are out. Also got my new arrows wrapped and fletched today, going to get sighted in on Wednesday. The season will be here before we know it!

That's a stud of a buck Bluebasser! I'm really wanting to get some pictures like this again this year and maybe even get a shot. We're heading down to the main farm that we hunt here in an hour or two, and decided we may as well put up the 4 cameras we have in our basement just laying around right now. When we go back down in a couple weeks we'll put out the ones we have at a different farm and replace batteries and cards. September 15 can't come fast enough..

Also Bridgebuster gave a bunch of useful info there.. I worry about scent when I'm hunting, and try to get as scent free as possible, but there is no way to be completely scent free. That's why you want to hunt with the wind in your favor also.
